I say it after every game....best player in Scotland by a mile
He's nowhere near Dembele.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. For me Dembele has moments of magic. Sinclair IS magic.

One criticism, ever such a slight one.

See when he cuts in from the left to inside. See instead of continually going for the curler to the far post, mix it up a wee bit with a few to the near post. Goalies are waiting on it now ( prime example was big square face in the hun goal)

Yer auld da will see ye right Scott my boy.

Plays the game at a different speed from everyone else. Always feel you've sat on the fast forward button when he has the ball.
:theclap:

When he got into areas where he was able to directly run and challenge the St Johnstone defenders the game turned to our favour (among other things). He didn't have his best game at all but he was able to have a massive influence on the match anyway and thats something we haven't had in a wide player for many a year. He oozes confidence and class.

He is magic, it works against Kilmarnock and other shampooe like that. But when we faced old Gladbach, and he had a one-on-one, he should have finished like Dembele, and we'd be on a Euro run.

I agree. Dembele may turn out to be a better player than Sinclair but Sinclair is so consistently brilliant. Dembele can be pretty erratic compared. Absolutely delighted to have them both

Love him. Even when he is not playing well, he still terrorises the opposition. Works his arse off too.

Scott Sinclair is superb. His shins and ankles must be black and blue from the amount of kicking they take, and still no referee will offer protection.
Sinclair will be our POTY in a year of serious competition from some of his teammates. We might want to be revising that contract.
So if Dembele is worth between £20m and £40m what would our POTY be worth?
Less than we paid for him, because apparently there's no sell on value in buying a 27 year old.

Good, Keep him for the rest of his career.

Been thinking about this since the game and although I've seen faster players for Celtic, namely Agathe, I don't think I've ever seen a player for us move so fast with the ball at his feet, he's absolutely devastating.
Close run thing between Sinclair, Brown and Dembele for player of the year.

Last month I'd have voted for Brown, now I'd probably go for Sinclair.
Dembele will get young player of the year.

Armstrong has been good for about 2 months so far. Nowhere near the player of the year.

The only player comparable I'd say would be Bellamy.

Early days still, but I'd say Sinclair deserves POTY. He's a standout every game.

Rodgers emphasises how teams tire trying to cope with Celtic's movement for a full game as with the Perthshire Farmers on Sunday - Sinclair epitomises this for Rodgers - He never stops moving and is always dragging defenders all over the shop as they know they have to at least try and mark him as he is so dangerous on the ball.

He is great player. :worthy:

No, he's not.

Done well since he came back in but not on the same level as Sinclair, Dembele and Brown

Let's say hypothetically the POTY awards get handed out tonight. Sinclair wins hands down. With a couple of months still to go it's wide open (Brown Dembele and Armstrong) in the mix but my money would be on Scotty.
