His effort would have been one of the great Celtic goals in Europe.

He was on fire last night.

Another opinion utterly divorced from reality.

He was by a distance our most expensive signing in the summer, and we have not yet seen a return in line with the price tag.

Dembele has been the key figure in our season. Take Dembele out of the equation and Sinclair, and his transfer fee, would be under far greater scrutiny.

Sinclair is a clever and extremely talented player who will continue to fire goals in at will against all sorts of opposition when it suits him, but is not ever going to be someone we can count on when we're under pressure. One on ones, penalties in big games, corners in big games. He's mentally weak  take it to the bank.
Can we take it to the bank like this one?

"We won't be getting anyone in the Rodgers/Moyes bracket, you can take that one to Paddypower and back.

You are a fool.

Telt.

The criticism of him tonight in the first half was harsh. He played well.

How long is a hamstring injury normally? A month or two?

Gutted at this, hoping its not as bad as we first thought.

Really unfortunate that he got an injury but has maybe looked like he needed a rest recently. Hopefully not serious and he can bounce back quickly.

SINCY FINAL FEARS Celtic are facing a Betfred Cup final sweat over Scott Sinclair

BY ROBERT GRIEVE 23rd November 2016, 12:01 am

CELTIC are facing a Betfred Cup final sweat over Scott Sinclair.

The Hoops winger limped out of last night’s defeat to Barcelona at half-time with a sore hamstring.

He will have a scan today — and is praying he is given the all-clear to face Aberdeen in Sunday’s Hampden showpiece.

Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers said: “We’ll see how he is. He’s very robust so when he had to come off he was hurting.

“He got caught when breaking through.

“We didn’t want to take any risk with him. He was in pain.”

I thought his play was where a goal for us was most likely to come from. He and Izzy were linking up well together.

Don't think he recovered after Alba took him out while we were breaking. Looked like ankle/studs down achilles from where I was, but haven't seen a replay.
