Really like Sinclair. The guy just knows what to do with the ball and more importantly knows what to do when he doesnt have it.

Also made a fantastic run during Dembele's second goal. He was in an absolute acre of space if Dembele had chosen to use him.

Love that he gave the ballboy a cuddle before any of his team-mates got to him after his goal.

The simple fact he was on the pitch meant that Tavernier, whose only decent attribute is his attacking play, couldn't push forward. Players with pace and skill like Sinclair are valuable even when they're stood still. When he's "anonymous" its usually because they've had to double up on him, which leaves space for guys like Bitton and Rogic to exploit. Easy to see why BR wanted him so badly,. he's absolutely essential to how we want to play.

He's great and could become a real hero.

The best we have. The biggest impact in the starting 11. Can go outside, inside, that burst of pace. The runs from out to in is class. Reality is he's a premier league player. Rodgers said that after Motherwell . 100% that's correct

His pace transforms us. I think it is a spur to Forrest too. An example to him of what full tilt looks like, and why you should frequently try to be at it in your running, and desire to make different types of runs.

Nothing more fearful for defenders at any level than pace that can be combined with the ability to connect the game. You frequently get one without the other.

Sinclair's goals at Tynecastle and at the weekend show what it achieves.

Dembele is no slouch either, and his goals showed he has a very decent touch. The combination of these two is going to become more important, whether Griffiths is available or not.

:ffs:

He won and whipped in the corner that led to the first goal.

He opened up acres of room for Dembele for the second goal.

He scored the 3rd crucial goal with a brilliant run and finish.

His pace and running oepned up all sorts of space for Tierney & others.

I am not sure how that could be classed as a poor game.

Best footballer in Scotland, would hate to play against him. Brilliant that he's enjoying it up here, another one that seems to have bought into the whole Celtic thing.

When he has the ball, I have confidence that he can first of all keep possession and secondly, do something effective with it. He has great awareness as well and always seems to know what he wants to do. There is no hesitation from him or taking an age to decide what his next movement will be. That is going to be particularly important for us tomorrow. The issue might be getting players up with him and Dembele. I am interested to see overall how BR sets us up tomorrow, but Sinclair will be a very important out ball.

We got the corner for the first goal by Rogic playing a through ball to Sinclair who then struck it off their keeper and out from a tight angle.
