His pace terrifies teams and so they try doubling up on him which is creating so much space for others to exploit. His link up play with KT is getting better by the game and he is a goal threat every match. What's not to like about that.

Oh, and Rosie Webster :naught:

Was laughing and pointing after his goal. Anyone know what at? Just out of curiosty.
Dont think it was the doughballs in the corner that obviously everyone else was laughing at at the time :lolhuns: Seemed to be something else in particular.
He was pointing at Dembele. Think he was laughing at how good that ball in to him was. It was an absolute peach, the best thing Dembele did all game.

Sinclair has been outstanding so far. So direct, so effective.

He was constantly looking for more balls over the top of the CBs but Lustig, Brown and Bitton never copped.

Give them time. This is a new team, still getting to know one another. Sinclair's habit of drifting into the middle is well known to Rodgers and he makes the most of that by persuading KT to get deep up the left. I can see Rogic looking for SS' runs into the penalty area.
Dembele and Sinclair had one or two interchanges that suggested they were getting to know each other's games. The pass for Sinclair's goal was as surprising as it was exquisite, showing the big guy's awareness of where the rest of the cavalry is.

I feel very sorry for GMS, who is slipping ever further down the pecking order without putting a foot wrong.

His movement is top class. Knows when you go and when to hold his position. Absolute steal at 3mill
Yep. Even when he has a quiet or inconsistent game he's pulling defences apart with his movement. He must be a right bastard to try and defend against, he can blaze past you out wide, cut inside and shoot, turn and pass, drop deep, run inside an make space for Tierney, move into the middle playing as a speedy central striker getting on the end of through balls. How the hell does a typical defender stop him?

Won the corner for the first goal after good link up, running in behind and smacking the ball of the hun keeper's coupon. #Win Scored a belter.
Was up against their only defender that had a good game, Tavernier's main threat is his attacking which was mostly absent due to Sinclair, save at their goal when we all seemed to have switched off celebrating going 2 up just before break.

The pointing was at Dembele for the pass, the big man was a bit miffed about losing PK taker duties after scoring high pressure kick, looks like Brendan has had a word, maybe with both, about being a team game going by that reaction, as well as comments after the game. Good management if so, nipped in bud and just a young guy has to learn stuff like that.

Forgot i asked this! :gavbhoy:

Could have well just been that mate aye. Dunno, just looked as if somthing happended. As it semed to catch Lustigs eye aswell when celebrating with Sinclair.
We daft dance, or some sort of 'nod' from Demebele probably, as it was indeed a PPPPeach of a through ball :worthy:

He adds a whole new dimension to us just through his movement and his willingness to run. A brilliant signing.

I thought he was great on Saturday. Couple of times he done a couple of their players with skill out on the left before driving inside. Great footballer, that's the type of quality we have been missing for a couple of years now.

First to admit I was wrong. I was sceptical but he is quality. Great movement, can go either way, can put in a cross, can cut inside. Excellent. Good work ethic too. Delighted.
