Pleased for them; I think the fact that his partner had a very difficult pregnancy must have affected him last season... he wouldn't be human if it hadn't. Hopefully we will see a return to the form of his first season in the Hoops.
I’d go with this. Also think it didn’t help that his Mrs was working down in Manchester. I don’t give a shampoo about Coronation Street so I’m hoping she takes a good few months off and a settled home life helps Scott kick on.
She’s in Japan hosting a game show for 6 months as her reason for being away.

The girlfriend makes me watch, I swear...
I thought she was going to Japan. These soaps can be so real.

Brought the square root of eff all to the team last season and was the single most frustrating about watching Celtic last season.

Good luck with wean Scott but I hope your plying your trade elsewhere next year.

Something like 20 goals and 10 assists is hardly eff all. Or the square root of it.

He was not on it last season however, I agree with that, and can do better.

The death of Cyrille Regis affected him badly too.

Aye mate I'm for real.Every excuse under the sun has been made for Sinclairs performances last season. The amount of promising attacks that died at his feet last year was exasperating.

FWIW I think he truly believed that his first seasons performance would get him a move to EEPL team and/or catapult him in to Southgates WC squad.Neither happened and he chucked it.

We could do a lot more with his wage.

He really wasn’t.

May not have been as good as the season before but he was hardly playing shampoo. His numbers for the first half of the season were superb.

If Forrest had performed like Sinclair last season the clamour to punt him would be off the scale.

Have had a look back at your posting history...about three quarters of your posts this year have been criticisms of Scott Sinclair...did he steal your scone or something :ponder:

Naw just get annoyed at the endless stream of excuses put forward on here.

WestEndTim never booed a Celtic player or team in my puff and have no intention of starting

Even when his stats were still good in the first couple of months of last season he still wasn't playing anywhere close to the level of his first season. Seemed to stop taking people on with pace.

Don’t forget that just because you truly believe it, it doesn’t mean it’s accurate.
