You can see two things about him the more you watch him over a period of time.

a) You can see why some big clubs in England signed him and b) you can see why aforesaid big clubs got rid of him.

Certainly not good today.

Still think the midfield are behind the general ‘poor form’ - midfield are not scoring or making the same runs as last year so he’s easier to track.

Hiding. Again. Pulling out of tackles. Doesn't want to do anything.

Can't afford a passenger like that.
The chance he missed first half was because he didnt fancy taking a kick so he didn't put his foot through it. Totally unacceptable. Lapping out of challenges is something you don't get away with at fives let alone a Celtic Rangers game.
I would quite happily see any player taking a sore one when they bottle a tackle, no excuse for it imo. I was going to say he had the heart of a mouse but that’s unfair on mice. He should get an extended run on the bench rather than be allowed to turn in efforts like that.
I hate that lack of courage more than anything else. Totally cowardly. I've watched that miss half a dozen times and it happened purely because he took a half hearted swing at it once Tavernier went for the ball. Afraid of taking a kick and it totally change the course of the game. Had he buried that I think we'd have went on to win comfortably.

I'm new. Be gentle.
Would be more confident if fans weren't on his case 24-7,the abuse he got today was shocking. That goes for the whole team, you would have thought we were losing with the amount screaming going on in the stands.

Useless. Why is he scared to put his foot through the ball? Why was he scared to go into that 50-50 in the second half? He totally shat it and as a result it led to them getting a corner.

Last season I'd have been gutted if he were to be sold. If he were to go right now I'd honestly be indifferent. It's just a shame Paddy's injured to provide quality competition for wide places.

Shocker. Worst part was turning his back on Tavenier.

Definitely need a new wide player in Jan.

Piss scared to take a hit and miss out on any magazine photo shoots.

Players miss sitters and play shampooe all the time but that was complete cowardice today.

That’s just not true

His playing crap is nothing to do with the noise from the stands

Eff sake his name is sung at every game

Was heartless today - we will put up with a lot from players here but heartless stuff like today just isn’t acceptable

I'm a big fan of him and think even though his form has been pish this season he was worth keeping in the side because he has that class that can win a game for you from nowt.

Today though the number of times he appeared to just shampoo his pants on different occasions was unacceptable.

He has never been a "brave" player. If we want him here we just have to accept that.

It'll be personal problems. Wife doesn't like Glasgow or some such bollocks. Manchester to Glasgow is a seriously long journey after all!!!!!

Ability is there for all too see, but he's showing it increasingly fleetingly... for whatever reason, hope he gets it sorted. At his best he's a huge asset, a passenger otherwise. Had hoped he'd kick on from his recent couple of goals, but he's gone back to hiding.

Worst performance from a Celtic player since Janko. Shat out of tackles and was a total waste of space - however, Rodgers kept him on the park until 20 odd mins to go, that's more of a worry.
