We play Motherwell twice in the next week. We are going to get absolutely nothing off the Refs in those two games.
We won’t need it. We will batter them senseless in both games.

I'd rest SS for both games as they'll be out for revenge.

Not seen the incident back, but at the game I thought it looked it a tad harsh on Motherwell. After the semi final decision against Boyata, I’m not complaining.

Anyhow, I thought he had a good second half. Much more like it.

Penalty all day long. I shouted for it before he went down it was that blatant. He’s been hampered on his run by pulling his arm, hows that not a pen ffs.

The boy who was dismissed had a tug at Sinclair. It was a penalty but whether he should have been sent off for that is a we bit dubious!

On the other hand he got a whole lot longer on the park than he should have. If he'd been sent off when he should have been no one would have complained and said - oh that changed the complexion of the game. I don't hear people moaning about Scotland winning at the rugby when playing against 14 Aussies. Their guy got sent off fair and square - same to day

when it happened i was calling it a dive, not what i expect of a celtic player, i have watched it and watched it again and have now changed my mind, it was a penalty and a red, if it had happened at the other end we would be losing the plot but it is 100% a penalty.

A penalty and yer man should have been off an hour earlier. Also, when Jamesy got chopped at the edge of the box Armstrong was in on goal. Have had enough of people trying to take the gloss of our trophy win.

Didn’t look like a pen at the game then got about forty texts from peoples saying it was the worst decision they have ever seen etc

Got home and saw it back, not a pen or a sending off but nowhere near as blatant as was made out by certain folk who were clearly hurting.

Rules state that if there’s no intention to play the ball it’s a red card

Clearly pulls his arm back. Knocks him off balance and he goes down. Penalty all day.

Sinclair dived and more or less admitted it post-match; "I felt a touch and I went down".

Not saying it changed the game, that the guy should have been on the pitch or that there was no contact, but football is not a non-contact sport, he was brushed, and that is being kind to Sinclair. It didn't alter his run in the slightest.

Had it been against us we'd be apoplectic. It was a dive.

It WAS a penalty but Scott did dive and he should wise up a bit. The papers tomorrow will be dominated by this 'great injustice'. I would bench him for a few games and play Griffiths.

More of a penalty than the nonsense Hibs got in the semi anyway. Don't remember Lenny slamming that "disgraceful decision".

Or the one we should have had in the 2-2 game that the referee admitted he'd have given if he'd went to ground.

He wasn't knocked off balance. Even said himself after the game that he felt contact so he went down. It was a dive imo but the guy shouldn't have been on the pitch anyway so I don't feel bad about it 🤷

Brilliant, Sinky drew the foul, pen, red card, get it up yeis......oh how they laughed and chanted on 22nd May 2005... good enough fur them..GIRFUT.

Look at Neymar drawing the pen against Monaco yesterday. There is a big difference between drawing a foul and diving,,,Sinky drew it, he didn't dive!

Penalty, red card, six match ban and eff them in the ear.

It wasn't a turning point. We were tearing them to shreds at that point and the only thing missing was the mellifluous tones of David Attenborough.

carrot shouldn't even have been on the park for Dembele assault. The correct decision then might have been called a turning point.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
The teams I have watched from the early 60's got on with it and sorted it. I don't want divers unless it's Johnny Divers. We are better than that
This isn’t the 60s.
It soon will be.
