Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
Last week a goal and an assist against St Mirren, the game before that he opened the scoring with a wonderful shot in Inverness.

Since returning from injury, he has 7 goals and 5 assists from 12 matches.

Nobody was talking about a dip in form before Sunday.
Those stats suggest he isn't having a dip, but watching his overall play you can clearly see that he isn't at the level he was at the start of the season right up until Xmas.
I think he thrives away from home, where opposition sides push on a bit more.
Before Christmas we'd played the majority of our games away.

He's definitely having a dip in form.
Just the 3 goals he's got since February.

Yep, despite not playing well. He's a quality player can still score.

To be fair, the whole team are suffering from a dip in form since the winter break and obviously a bigger deal is going to be made by fans regarding the more effective players from the opening half of the season (Sinclair, Dembele and Brown).

There's absolutely no doubt that Sinclair, Dembele and Brown have been our best players this season. It should also be said that all of them have been slow to get back to that level since the break.

They have all had bad games in the last 6 weeks but their better performances still massively outweigh the negative ones

To say Sinclairs levels have not been close to Dembele or Brown is just rubbish and shows pretty poor judgement.

At the end of the season one of them will get the POTY award and whoever it is will have done well to squeeze in ahead of the others.

11 games unbeaten, 10 wins, 33 goals for, 3 against.

Dembele had 12 goals in 6 games before Sunday

Worth remembering that Radio Clyde had us in a slump before Christmas.

I'm talking performance levels not results. I still don't think we're playing as well as we were in 2016.

No Rogic is probably playing a part.

Prior to Sunday Dembele was playing his best football for us, though.

Every player on Earth has a dip in form from time to time. It's no biggie.

Yip but it's also no coincidence that when Brown and Biton are being picked in the middle together our creativity suffers badly.

I agree that in a couple of games since the break he has looked unplayable ala VVD. (Dembele)

I just think as a unit the team isn't functioning quite as well as it was last year.

I'm still a million miles away from criticizing performance levels and was over Sunday's in a few hours.

If you had just said Sinclair and Brown then maybe you'd have a point however Dembele has been much better since the break than he was before. I thought he had a poor few months Oct/Nov/Dec partly due to Sinclair being absent through injury.

He's had 2 poor games since the break against Rovers(still managed to score) and on Sunday apart from that I think he's been sensational.

Sinclair is the type of player who even when poorly is still likely to score. He'll come good again and continue to bang them in.

I agree re-Dembele.

Was using him as an example of an important player who would likely receive added criticism for poor performances.

The eye test is enough to say he's clearly suffering a dip in form. He's still contributing towards goals because he's a quality player but his all round game has been poor for a while now, imo. No competition either for his place or for the side so no surprise he's coasting.

dont think its a case of coasting, just small dip in his high standards.

doesnt help he is fouled every time he goes by a man, without any exaggeration

Not at his best, but still a couple of lovely runs.

Two week break will do him good.

It's much of a muchness for me. The dip in form is, imo, down to these games meaning nothing and no competition for his place.

Watch him terrorise the hun at Hampden.
