he was on the same flight as me coming up from Bristol last night.

having no midweek games now for a while must give him time to get down the road at the weekend and longer with the family, so hopefully helps keep him happy and here for a while, he has been outstanding this season, and has he has played at big clubs in England already, might not be interested in going back as long as he is happy and playing well here and Brendan sticks around to give him Champions league football and winning a few trophies.

Sent them dizzy today. An EPL player a cut above the rest, even his team mates. By far the best player in the league.

Without exaggerating he actually makes this Celtic team. Brings the best out of Dembele and Tierney whilst every SPL team are petrified of what he'll do and double up on him giving us that extra bit of space to break down the cloggers who play 5-5-0 against us.

Love him.

He's been brilliant for us. He would be a first team player for us in any Celtic team in the last 20 years and beyond.

Henrik - not then an out-and-out goalscorer - scored 19 in his first season for us. Scotty's on 16 and we're not out of February.

Far more effective player than Naka, and I loved Naka btw.

His goals are massive in this team.

Well, that wasn't my point. Scott would still walk into any Celtic 11 from 2005-2009 (Naka's era).

He might not displace Naka - i think he would tbh, but he'd certainly be a far better choice ahead of the likes of McGeady, Zurawski, Maloney, Camara, Miller :boik: , Wallace, Samaras etc.

Harsh when considering the occasion of his debut and the winner in a tight game.

There's been quite a few occasions where I thought Sinclair was miffed at Dembele for not passing. Could be that?

He's one of these players that you expect something to happen every time he gets the ball. Definitely a starter in any team in recent memory.
The tackling on him that the refs allow the cloggers get away with is nothing short of criminal.

He seems to be more of an individualist in a team game, which is quite a trend in modern football. I'm not questioning his commitment, just wonder if he's a bit hacked off at times.
