You'd honestly think it couldn't get any worse if you were a Blackburn fan, but it always can!

What, you mean, Warbiola taking over there, or even worse John Brown/Ally McCoist  I doubt Mowbray's style will mean a relegation battle will end well for Blackburn though...

Owned by AWOL Indian fried chicken magnates, and having to endure Steve Kean, Henning Berg, Owen Coyle and Tony Mowbray as some of your gaffers over the same period.

Must be absolutely pish being a Blackburn fan.

Mowbray in at Blackburn. Not really who I would pick for a relegation battle.

Maybe they think he will be able to get more out of the players already there?

Arsenal should go for Simeone but theyll let Arsene choose the successor
Mark McGhee ís probably expecting the call
Who told you that. Mark McGhee?

He think he is a master tactician and kwality manager.

Another Scottish footballing dinosaur.

Same as Jeffries, Calderwood, McCall, Strachan…

He all but lost the plot recently. From Chris Davies at fir park, to the sending off he said was not against Hearts (it certainly was) to his melt down during the week.

Cringe worthy of the highest order. Plus he is an utterly pish manager.

As much of a disaster Mowbray was here I still like the man ...

I hope he does well with them.

I'm amazed mogga got Coventry as high as he did considering the total shambles they are. I still have a lot of time for Mowbray and it wouldn't surprise me if he kept them up.

Agree with this, the Celtic job swallowed him and he was out his depth from very early on. He was a decent man though and I wish him well wherever he goes.

Not that I'm defending Owen Coyles record but it's much more impressive than Billy "top class coach" Davies.

He got Burnley promoted on a shoestring, the fact they have been promoted so often in the last few years is helped massively by the parachute payments he'll have got them from 2009/2010. Jumped ship half way through the season when they were mid-table iirc.

Bolton were in the mire financially, he got them to an FA cup semi final finished 14th twice before being relegated in 2012.

Davies got Derby promoted once through the play, has crashed & burned there every time since & got sacked with Derby effectively relegated in September.

Did he not spend a good few weeks bemoaning the fact he should have got the Celtic job, was it when Mowbray took over at Celtic and McGhee went to Aberdeen or maybe the following year when Lennon got the gig full-time ? Don't think it endeared him to the Aberdeen fans much anyway.

I'm not sure that even counts as 'some'

(Poor Brendan by the way  )
It's the 10 who wanted Malky Mackay I worry about!
