Actually think £600k is more than a reasonable salary for a national manager. Therefore, I think the Irish FA have been too extravagant in paying O'Neill even more than that. Once the SFA got wind of that they should have reverted to a plan B option, except there wasn't one of course :nono:
Ageee with this. There’s almost a year between the end of the World Cup qualifiers and the start of the Euros; no way should the Scotland manager be earning the best part of £1 million for a year that comprises playing a few friendlies. It’s a part-time job at best.

Brendan recommending Lenny for the Scotland job.

That might just end me.

Berz in mass spontaneous combustion 😡
He’d be ideal. Doubt it would interest him at this stage in his career though.

Phil Neville in charge of England women....
Already getting torn apart because of some tweets from a few years ago.

"When I said morning men I thought the women would of been busy preparing breakfast/getting kids ready/making the beds-sorry morning women!"

"u women of always wanted equality until it comes to paying the bills #hypocrites"
Hopwfully no action taken and he continues in the job. Twitter hysteria is ruining humaniteh
'would of' and 'of always'

Sacked?

Hanging's too good for him...

It was reassuring to see at least four Scottish officials at the UEFA draw yesterday. What’s that, one to hold the jotter,, one to pass the pencil.....

Four feckin officials at a jolly in Geneva. So who pays for that then? Shower of leeching dicks. Until the whole set up of Scottish Football is turned upside down, and these nomark clowns are emptied, the game in this country will continue to recede at an alarming rate. Something has to happen soon.
Mind we saw the Scotland squad at Glasgow airport last year (had to google who Matt Phillips was  ) and I was appalled at the scale of the coterie of old guys in SFA blazers that were along for the ride. Freeloading cheating bastards
Been the same since I can remember from Willie Harkness (ex QOS chairman, hopeless buffon) and all his cronies, flying first class while the players were in cattle class, thing's never change, and as long as this current idiot is in charge it will be a long time (if ever) coming.

Seems to be some legs in this Lenny for Scotland story - his comments today far from ruled it out.

I'd be disappointed in anyone who went for the job when they know they'd be working with Malky Mackay.

As someone mentioned the other day, the Scotland job is effectively part time. Surely there should be scope for the new manager to also pick up whatever Mckay is supposed to be doing under project brave. Get Mckay TF and get a manager in who is allowed to build a team around him and develop the future as well as the now.

It would take a man with no strings, foresight and balls to appoint NL, Tegan has none of these attributes, I’d love it if Lenny was in charge of Scotland, but it will never happen, I’m also not in the least bit surprised that the SFA haven’t moved for Clarke at Killie.

All in all an utter clustereff.
