Tommy Wright's St Johnstone teams have always prioritised kicking lumps out of the opposition over any attempt to play football. He's made for the Sevco job.

O'NEILL OFFERED SIX-YEAR NI DEAL
Michael O’Neill has been offered a new six-year contract to remain as Northern Ireland manager until 2023, SSN understands.
If the 48-year-old agrees, the deal will make him the highest paid manager in Northern Ireland's history.

Indeed. The admission of their position in the grand scheme of things would be beautiful though.

It just occurred to me that he might try to sign Paul Paton as well. Despite the increased risk of injury to our players, that thought still makes me

He added: “He has asked me to publicly apologise to Neil Lennon."

I'm sure any number of newspapers would print an apology straight from the slimebag rather than via his lawyer. So let's have it.

The DR and the rest of the MSM will be linking McInnes to WBA all week in an attempt to get their beloved to hurry up and hire him.

Next manager markets are an earner for bookies as there are often a number of different favourites as rumour follows rumour. Try and get a sizeable bet on though ;)

So they can pull the 'knocked back WBA for Rangers' line

I'll defer to your knowledge here but he doesn't come across as a bitter hun in interviews I've seen.

Staunchness doesn’t always equate to bitterness.

Sorry for butting in, but I think there is too much made of "the songs". Donald Findlay is one case which comes to mind.
I'm regularly in the company of people who can go through the full repertoire of the rebs and who without the lubrication of copious beverages couldn't give a eff about the Irish struggle for independence. Public house Republicans.
