It's going to be Murty. His u turn speaks volumes the skint twats.
I think providing he doesn't eff up too badly in the coming weeks he will get it too, until the end of the season anyway.

The downside of that for the sevco board is that it confirms that the stupid arseholes are completely potless. And that will not go down well.
The problem with that is that being a caretaker manager is a completely different thing to being a manager. The pressure becomes real. The players treat you differently - i'd imagine the senior players are already pressurizing him into decisions. Ultimately, he won't have the respect or authority a manager requires.

Moyes new West ham manager
West Ham to go down.

But this means Mackay is going to get the Scotland job, doesn't it?
Interesting stat, re the Ammers:

West Ham United's porn baron owners, Karren Brady, David Gold and David Sullivan have been in charge for 6% of the club's existence but have sacked 25% of their managers.

Didn’t we hear this when they signed Jon Daly, Michael O’Hallaran, the bold Pedro himself, etc? All were met with little fuss.

He won 4 league titles on the bounce with Ajax after their longest period without a league title since the Eredevisse started, he's not hopeless.

I don't think he's a great manager but he's not Warburton or Caxinha.

Ok, perhaps I should have said "these days". 3 months at Inter and 3 months at Palace before being booted. I would suggest whatever he had at Ajax has been lost.

He had Ajax - a system he's known since he was a wean with the infrasstructure there to carry it out. Inter were in turmoil & Palace wanted to change for about half an hour, but neither had anything solid behind them. The huns would be another disaster for him.

Tbf mate Inter are a effing shambles of a club, Spaletti is the first intelligent hire they've made since Mourinho. Not really fair to judge him on that, I would suggest. Also, Palace have a squad that completely contradicts how he wants to play. It's like if Brendan was to have taken over from, say, Allardyce' Blackburn team. He would have looked crap because the players would not have suited him at all. Easy to look like a pumpkin if you have a squad that never suits you - that being said, de Boer should have seen that and avoided the Palace job.

de Boer is an arse of a man, for sure, but he's not a diddy manager or that. By no means the up and coming star he was made out to be at Ajax, but nowhere near the donkey he's made out to be now. If he takes the Huns job though he's a headcase; their squad is even less suited to him than Palace!

Murty & Miller Inc' until then

Well if he does get the huns job and can turn water into wine then I'll take back my comments. Is his stock so low now that the huns job is the best he can get?

That was my point bud: if he takes the Huns job then he's a effing clown  his next role has to be 100% suited to him (basically wait until Ajax phone him!) or he'll probably wind up in the utter wilderness. You know how football goes man - only as good as your last job. At the moment a joke job like Rangers is probably the best he can hope for.

He's a far more accomplished manager than Warburton or Caixinha and would be the biggest hire in their short history, but he's not what they need. I was laughing the other day at Everton fans thinking they had a chance of getting Cholo from Atletico Madrid. To me, the Huns thinking they can get de Boer is in the same level of delusion. That a guy like de Boer would be so far out of their reach shows you how bad they are: he's not even that good.

He'd probably think about taking the job until he sat down with their DoF and Dave King and that, then promptly leave.

Think De Boer’s biggest problem is his lack of charisma. I’m sure he totally buys into the Ajax total football style, but Palace players were apparently moaning about him to the chairman within weeks of his appointment and he came across as incredibly dour in interviews. Without extremely talented players at his disposal, it’s hard to see him being a success anywhere.
