I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Huns pull out a decent replacement.

Rodgers has raised the profile of the SPL significantly and any incoming Huns boss isn’t going to be expected to do better than 2nd for the next few years.

If there wasn’t all that calamitous nonsense that goes with the club in general they would be an attractive proposition for a manager wanting to rebuild their career now that most of the EPL will be paying big bucks for the top managers.

More chance of us selling Ajer for £5m ;)

But there is all that calamitous nonsense and that's the reason they got hold of a fourth rate carpetbagger from the middle east

If they couldn't source a decent manager then how will they do it now when even more money has been pissed against the wall ?
There would be potentially decent candidates if they were given time, a transfer budget, and didn't have a complete mess of a board demanding instant sucess. They've had the chance to re-build and invest wisely, it's gone. You do wonder if boardroom revolt won't precede the next appointment...as likely as it is that they'll end up with one of the obvious candidates.

Anyone with a modicum of attention on the football "scene" (which I would presume any decent prospect would have), knows fine well the predicament at the huns.

Football is, despite the worldwide appeal, a tight community, rife with gossip, innuendo and scandal.

There is not a decent manager out there who would take that job.

It'll be a Miller and Murty dream team to take them to the Summer.

They'll send that overstretched jobby out in a suit and punt him as the Govan Guardiola. He'll spend a lot of time folding his arms and barfing up football cliches while cementing third spot in the league with "progress has been made", "building a solid base", "signs of improvement", "tremendous fans" and about three thousand "obviously"

Even Ross County and Kilmarnock found managers with some previous accomplishments behind them, but that'll be about as good as they can get. McLeish fits that same mould and has 'puir guid Rangers men' credentials, so that's why it'll be him.

Brown brogues with an abundance of staunchness and dignity will be the order of the day for the next selection. It will be a Real Rangers Man, and there is no one in that camp for us to concern ourselves with. More hilarity and wasted money to come.

Canny see by Mcinnes or Davies for this.
Rainjurs men and know the script with the money.
Mcinnes was my shout last time when the politburo went way leftfield wi' Pedro
Davies is the cheapo option, a man on a mission to prove he still has it, if he ever did
and show the doubters.

You've gotty laugh at some of the bluenose fans delusional punts.

No doubt they'll put someone equally competent in place. A clown like McLeish would do.
Whilst I'm not worried about a McLeish Sevco, I'd rather the luckiest manager in the history of Scottish football didn't become their manager.

So that'll be McLeish then?

All over BT coverage like a rash these days
