TWIST OF FATE Rangers hero Kenny Miller favourite to take over from under-pressure Pedro Caixinha following 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock
By Ryan McDonald
26th October 2017, 8:42 am

RANGERS outcast Kenny Miller has emerged as bookies FAVOURITE to replace under-pressure Pedro Caixinha in the Ibrox hotseat.

Miller has been bombed out by Caixinha since details of a dressing room inquest – following the 2-0 loss to Celtic – emerged in the media.

But the 37-year-old has sensationally been installed as the frontrunner to take over from Caixinha as Rangers manager – a move which would prove a shocking twist of fate.

Bookmakers Paddy Power are offering odds of 3/1 for Miller to become the club’s next permanent manager.

Billy Davies and Graeme Murty are behind the veteran striker at 5/1 while ex-Fulham boss Dougie Freedman has been priced at 7/1.

Gutted.

Genuinely  He was clueless.

Thankfully the powers that be over there are even bigger morons so the next appointment should be fun. Murty or 'Big Eck' short term then another rocket? The return of Sally?

No doubt they'll put someone equally competent in place. A clown like McLeish would do.

Murty will probably step in again until they appoint a permanent manager. ( Well, as permanent as it can be.)

Murty's legendary draw at Celtic Park might see him get the nod till the end of the season.
