Paul Hartley looks to have been given the Falkirk job. Kilmarnock look to be choosing between Jim McIntyre and Mixu Paatelainen.

Luis Enrique rumoured to be taking the Bayern job.
They really are missing Pep eh? Go for the next best thing.

Diet Pep-Si.

McIntyre could be a good fit for Killie. Ross County might end up regretting getting rid of him.

Hartley will do well there. Also expect some of our youngsters to be farmed out there for some experience.
Still Think he could do better than Falkirk though.
Not a bad idea on sending a few of our younger lads there

There's no way Jupp tops what he achieved in his final season in management.

It's an interesting one, that's for sure.

He would be the first Tim to manage them since Tommy Burns. :ph43r:

I wouldn't worry about it. Bayern will be top-quality opposition no matter who is in charge.

Biggest concern is that a new manager might render our tactical scouting/prep completely out of date before we've even played them.

Heynckes knows Bayern, knows most of the players, knows how to get a team like Bayern to click - most likely the worst possible appointment for us as he wouldn't need much time to get them to click, unlike if they appointed Tuchel or Nagelsmann

Bayern could easily have appointed Tuchel or Nagelsmann now.

They surely must be keeping tabs on Klopp?

The stupidity and madness of EPL owners means that Klopp may be free sooner than you think. Liverpool owners have form for it ...thankfully.

My guess is they're not interested in Tuchel and probably think Nagelsmann lacks experience. Makes sense for them to make a short-term appointment and reassess who's available at the end of the season.

Nagelsmann have said that he won't leave Hoffenheim before the end of the season

and Bayern can't wait until the season ends to see who are out of job and who are not, they need to have their man in place in the next couple of months, so they know who/how and what to be in place for the transferwindow
