It's a decent 'name' for County but can't help but think that Coyle is knackered.
I really don't see the attraction with Owen Coyle either. He's been hunted from the last few clubs he's been at.
Maybe they're thinking that he can still do okay in Scotland?

McInnes, Lennon, Levein and Robinson were all duds at various clubs in England, then came back to Scotland and did well.

Nah, unproven. Bayern tend to hire proven winners.

All the summer talks in Germany was nagelsmann next summer when ancelotti was due to leave

If he goes early I'd expect it to happen

Bayern missed out on klopp and tuchel because they didn't want to hire a young man, they won't make that mistake again

Coyle has been a disaster since getting Bolton relegated however getting Burnley promoted for the first time in 40 years & having Bolton in the top 6 is a bigger achievement than anyone bar Rodgers can boast about in Scotland.

I don't get the fuss about him knocking back Celtic anyway, he had the chance to manage in the EPL which at the time was arguably the best in the world & his family was settled in the north of England, it's not like he said no I don't fancy the weather up there.

Ancelotti facing the sack this afternoon apparently.
Fecking managers must hate drawing us in the CL. We are the kiss of death for them

I thought when Guardiola left Bayern the next guy could struggle.

For his faults I thought Guardiola did a very good at Bayern and his demands on the players was important. Ancelotti is more of one who massages egos.

Tuchel to Bayern?

So how many times will Coyle say the word Ladbrokes in his first presser?

That's the reason right there - he turned us down for money reasons nothing else.

In fairness, most managers would do the same thing.

He's a decent guy and won't be out of work long. He has won the Champions League three times as well as league titles in Italy, Spain, England and Germany.
