Is Allardyce maybe about to be hit with a lengthy ban from football? I know he had to step down as England boss over that video but I don't recall him actually being punished. Maybe he knows he's about to get fecked over and is walking now to minimise the impact.
Apparently he may be retiring.
I've never thought of him as the shy type.

McCoist is 16/1. McLeish is 25s.

Edit. Sunderland job.
What have the poor Sunderland supporters ever done to even be linked with either of those haddies?
McCoist played for them I think.
Reading a Sunderland message board and Sunderland fans seem to think Walter Smith is advising them on the new manager.

Why the hell would they want him to do that. He's no connection with the club and was hardly a raging success in his spell in English football. Doesn't make sense.

Then I suppose he's talked the Chairman into letting Smith have input. That's them well and truly fecked then.

Too old for hamlet, too young for Lear

The biggest shock at the Palace since Edward brought home a girlfriend.

Take the Hearts job & Moyes is effectively conceding that he'll never manage at a high level ever again.

From Old Trafford to Tynecastle in 3 years.
:ponder:
Do keep up...

Levein is going to Ibrox as DoF

Leaves a vacancy at Hertz

2+2= 5,674,435

Someone suggested that he should take a job at the likes of a Hearts to rebuild his career.

That would be utter humiliation for someone who 3 years ago was in charge of the biggest club in the UK.

Sorry TS, meant in a managerial capacity.

EDIT ps I use the term "managerial" very, very loosely in both their cases

Chris Coleman the early favourite.
