Those players never were good enough for him to manage.

He'll be spending his time in the Mitchell searching for Scottish grannies for Steven Pienaar and Darron Gibson.

Will never manage Celtic now either. Dodged a bullet with that one TF I wanted Rodgers from the start.

Difficult to see where Moyes goes from here. Don't think a Premier League club would look at him. Championship maybe.

Yes. All managers get sacked and many recover from it. Thanks three failures in a row is a different matter.

Still think he can do a job. At United he got hung out to dry. Going to Spain was a strange choice and taking the Sunderland job was flat out bonkers.

I think deep down he was preparing for our job only for it to be snatched away at the last moment. Then he had the choice of managing Sunderland or spending another year in the wilderness.

He has his faults and mistakes have cost him but he's not as bad a manager as his last three jobs suggest. Poor career choices have been the crux of his problems.

He chased the Premier league dream and filthy lucre of managing Sunderland over us. Looks like a really shampoo decision but thank feck we got Brendan Rodgers. His loss our bullet dodged.

I think he thought he was too good to manage in the SPL

He would be better just asking Wayne Rooney if that's what they are into.

He would have been a disaster in my opinion. We needed that wave of positivity that Brendan brings with him.

Moyes would have been prattling about how big a mess there is to clean up after Ronny and that it would take time and lots of misery to get back to still being the Champions.

He didn't knock back our job. Sunderland were the scraps which remained.

Nothing to do with money either. He knocked back a two year deal in China worth 10m per season.

Moyes needs to rediscover his love for the game/management. Sunderland was a silly job to
take. If money isn't an issue for him then something like Hearts for a season or two would be interesting. Relatively low key, low pressure etc. Obviously won't happen.
