"About time really.... He's just another foreign manager embarrassing his club in the premier league!!!! When you look back in recent seasons it's only been English and Scottish managers who have had success. The FA should seriously consider banning managers from abroad and overseas because they have never had success in the premier league."

Found the above comment on the BBC website inrelation to Karanka's sacking. This chap has overdosed on stupidity pills!

Wouldn't be surprised to see Nigel Pearson or Steve McClaren return to Middlesbrough.

Pearson is the front runner it would seem. Not sure if he would be a good fit. As for McClaren.... :nono:

Mourinho, Wenger, Ancelotti, Pellegrini, Ranieri & Mancini winning the league just a figment of my imagination then.

Who was the last Englishman to win the FA Cup? Joe Royle in the 90s?

David Moyes on dropping Sunderland's Didier N'Dong for the visit of Burnley.
'I decided I wanted Jack (Rodwell) and Gibbo (Darron Gibson) together. I thought the game might suit more Britishness in the middle of the pitch.'
