Yogi did a great job with ICT, they played some decent football.

He knows Scottish football and Celtic.

He'd be reasonably cheap

What does an assistant really do anyway? Take training, fitness and help the manager when quick decisions have to be made during a game. Could Brendan trust him? He knows him, and I wouldn't be shocked if he got the job.

That's a bit unfair. Unless you know that he's a poor coach of course. A guy whose commitment as a player would put any of our current first team squad to shame.
Well he wasn't great last time round was he ?

Kennedy and Woods are being kept on. Chris Davies will also come in as first team coach and there are a few sports science/fitness guys being lined up. Still no word on an assistant yet, would think it would be Colin pascoe

Any idea if we're carrying on with the sports psychologist we had for Europe?

Kennedy should be nowhere near the first team

Who is Chris Davies?
Rodgers' protege. Was in his youth team at Reading and had to retire really young. He's only 30.

Like Rodgers himself. Nice from him to give someone a hand in return.

Aye, it was a good thing to do. Just shows his quote about Tommy inspiring him isn't just words.

Bunch of culchies from north-east Antrim. Salt of the earth types who've spent a fortune on early morning boats, buses and planes following Celtic through the years. :worthy:
Plus, and this is really important, every one of them has a big red batphone to our new manager.
