To me, it looks like DDV goes for many more long passes than Gordon.
Don't know if that's an instruction from the manager, but it does get us up the pitch a lot quicker.

He looks a totally different character from last year.

I wouldn't be surprised if he left at the end of the season.
If, as expected, we lose to ZSP I don't really see him hanging around much longer than that.
they are out in force today hey   unbelievable

It's turning into madhouse in here. Think of what we've achieved and are in a position to achieve this year.

We have major players coming back this week from injury and we'll be seeing Compper coming in to help steady at the back. A good performance against Zenit will cheer everyone up. Hopefully.

I agree with what someone posted earlier, that perhaps certain players too their foot off the gas with an eye on Thursdays game, it happens.

The manager himself said we won’t win the cup playing like we did yesterday (and that’s not a Beatles reference before anyone says we should be training 8 days a week). He’s as concerned as the rest of the madhouse

Not you Fella, it’s a pandemic. A new strain of Super Phud emerged in the last 6 months, thus far it’s proving resistant to reason, common sense and logic. Studies into this pest are ongoing...

He went online, found it and posted it here. Just odd is all.

I don't have a problem with supporters of other clubs being on here (personally I wouldn't waste my time on a Killie site).

Don't think they should be having a dig at the Celtic manager though.

Wit? Why? So should Killie just need to sit there and smile and nod away?

That's a bit of a weird mentality. You can stay here but don't dare criticize Mr. Rodgers, essentially. Brendan bumped his gums saying one thing, then completely u-turned on it and said the total opposite to what he said he wouldn't do. I'd suggest that most Celtic fans would be annoyed if another team' manager done that about us. Why can't he be annoyed if he thinks someone is talking down his club? Especially when what he's annoyed about is fairly valid.

Maybe he finds the football conversation on the Killie boards shampooe. I mind seeing this thrown at Hamster a few times in the past when he dared question something to do with Celtic, and it effing stinks. Surely the best place for him to get an enjoyable debate about the aftermath of Killie v Celtic, regarding what the Celtic manager has said, would be with Celtic fans?
Sorry just saw this now.

I am not saying he should just keep his mouth shut and nod his head. Just saying that, I find it odd that a Killie fan wants to come on here and have digs at our manager.

Again for me going on another fans forum isn't for me. Hamster has always been very respectful of Celtic from what I have seen. He shares his opinion but I cant remember him having a go at our players or management team.

He'd have got step son rates. And when your step son turns water into wine you'd be mad not too.

I hope you're right about Compper being a steadying influence, but I doubt if I have ever witnessed such faith being placed in a £1 million 33 year old defender. If he's half as good as many on here are expecting, he's going to be some player.
