I cant understand how he can't see that Tierney and Sinclair are utterly exhausted and their performances are suffering as a result, it's blatantly obvious. They need rest, before the fans patience with them runs out...

They’ll be rested and firing on all cylinders after the winter break.

If this team goes into the split with a 3 or 4 point lead which isn’t unreasonable given some performancies then it really is squeaky bum time.
Gets paid in year more than many of us will see ina lifetime and needs to earn it now. That today was like watching a Brady team

Sinclair certainly isn't exhausted - he is just off form - agree about KT though

Square pegs, round holes again today.

He has been praised to the high heavens for changing shape and getting results. Today was probably the most obvious opportunity to do so, when we picked up the Ajer injury.

It might not have won us the game but I feel it would have helped today with the lack of width.

sorry I disagree - It is a possibility!

We have taken our eye off the ball domestically. The motivation of the team is severely lacking.

For the first time, I'm beginning to worry quite a bit about his judgement.
Yeah :(

Rodgers is the best manager we have had in years. Only MON and big Jock are in his level.

The football overall has been brilliant and we have won 4 trophies already. He will probably win the treble again this year.

But a dip in form for few months, partly due to the number of games in the run up to December and some injuries and some of you are hitting the panic button and thinking Ronny is similar or that Steve Clarke might be better. You would be better to sit back and enjoy the next 3 years or so because I doubt we will see any better when he goes.

By the way, the only real change today was Charly coming in, and most of us were hoping to see that. Jozo doesn’t play on the plastic pitches so that was enforced. Rodgers was spot on in his comments about there being a very good group of players out there today but the quality wasn’t there. Is was all down to the players form, the pitch and Kilmarnock playing very well on the day.

We have seven guys who on any given day would start games for us, watching from the sidelines, injured.

If we can get our arse felt by killie then we're fair game for anyone. Clarke isn't that good.

Clarke is a very good manager. Kilmarnock were excellent and we had an off day.

We will this league by a considerable margin.

Replaced by guys who who would walk into that killie team.

We have scored 1 goal in 180 mins against a cb pair of Greer and klunk broadfoot, a figure of fun. Clarke, for now at least has us sussed

It's the same off day we've seen before, though; that's the worry. If the wide men aren't at it we can't break down a team who are very well organised. Rodgers needs to accept that he can't always win 'pretty'. effing get it into their box, win a header, bang in a loose ball. Killie then have to change it up and THEN you can play your normal passing game. We could have played another 95 minutes and not scored, today.

Correct, boyata got us a few 1-0s last season after the split. There’s nothing like that at the moment

set pieces are a joke the vast majority of the time. as well just punting ball back to our keeper

terrible individual performances today but brendans got to get the blame for this one. got it wrong

If it doesn’t then it’ll be down to inconsistencies elsewhere as much as anything else. Not to have won 4 in a row in this league by the start of feb isnt really good enough

Yes, we have loads of injuries and the pitch was dreadful

But lets be honest here, Clarke had Brendans measure today tactically

1-0 flattered us in the end

Too many occasions this season we’ve not turned up. We are very slow and predictable. I get Brendan wants patient build up play but there’s a difference between that and just turning back and making the easy pass rather than trying to move the ball forward. Rather than chopping and changing players he should be working on a plan B. We looked so uninterested today it was unbelievable.
