Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
It's quite some time since both have been fully fit to even have the luxury of deciding. There's also the psychology to consider, where 'dropping' a player, even for rest, can be damaging. Moussa came in originally because Griff got injured and kept the jersey. Players don't want rested in case that happens, so it's a difficult balancing act.
Your first sentence illustrates my point. I hear you about the form side of things, but I’m only meaning an extra game here and there. The weeks where we’ve travelled, he hasn’t changed it, when you would have expected him to.

It’s a tough one
He did change it when we were home to Hibs after Anderlecht

And he made too many changes that game, Sinclair and Roberts had 2 weeks off after that game yet were rested.

Tactically, - that was sheer genius tonight.
Aberdeen players looked like they had never seen this system or movement by midfielders before.
Disappointed that so many supporters left early when there was such entertainment on view.

Players are going to go off form and think ' we're going to be beat sometime ' and have a bad day, it happens, it does.

eff knows what yer saying in that dressing room Brendan, they boys want to win every feckin game, and that'll do me, no second prizes.

The progression we've made as a club in the past 18 months has been mind blowing.

And it's all down to one man, Brendan Rodgers.

The movement was superb and Aberdeen had no answer.

He has them believing they can do this at domestic level, he just needs more time for it to be consistently translated to European football. They knocked that ball about with belief tonight.

In terms of Europe sometimes have to get worse before they go better, domestically I've never seen such a gulf between first and second.

Where can BR take us?

I guess it depends on keeping him motivated, and if we can do that, and back him as best we can financially, then the next few years could be legendary.

That style of football all our levels of football are playing. That tonight again, speechless. Never gets it wrong. He’s the best Celtic manager I’ve ever seen. Deserves all the credit . Joy to watch actual football

We have an amazing opportunity here and we should really break the mould and invest for the defender(s) needed to give us a real crack at the Europa League.

We have quality everywhere but need the back line solid and then it's all possible.

Before the game McInnes said "we predicted the Celtic set up apart from Sinclair"

Naw you didnae. Going to a back 3 on the ball and having KT playing left wing was a masterstroke. Keep both GMS and Logan busy all night.

Tatical perfection by Brendan tonight
