No-one should ever doubt this man again. Got everything spot on
Doubting Celtic's transfer policy (Hayes and Benyu 2/3 signings to date) is not the same as doubting Rodgers' managerial excellence.

After tonight Brendan's record is currently:

P67 W53 (79%) D9 (13.4%) L5 (7.6%) F172 A51 GD +121

The past 13 months (post-Lincoln away) with him as Celtic manager have been unbelievably brilliant. :worthy:

He's so aggressive with his management, just doesn't have any problem with taking a risk. Pressing from first minute to last, players out of position, five goals - we're what Barca think they are.

We are truly blessed to have him as our manager. Everything possible needs to be done to back him.

I hope people will stop for a minute and appreciate that when Brendan says he only wants to sign quality he means people like Ntcham. All the hand wringing about "get someone in" needs to subside. Brendan knows what he wants and he'll try to get it. If he doesn't, he'll just move on and do wonderful things with the guys we've got.

Not to discount the fact we just won the treble without losing a single game but I've just got this feeling that we're only one or two top players away from being on the verge of something very special. Rodgers will go down in history as one of the great Celtic managers and quite rightly so, I hope he stays here for as long as possible and that the board support his ambitions for this club.

Not to get ahead of myself but I genuinely think BR will end up eclipsing Stein.

Cannot believe we have him.
Balls to match the size of the club. I grew up when O'Neil turned up and it was great swaggering around school as a Celtic fan. Feels like that again.

I'm not against the idea in theory, I just can't see that being possible.

Naw.

Rodgers will probably take us to 10 in a row, and maybe more, but he won't have won them all himself as Lennon & Deila started the run. The financial odds are so stacked against us nowadays that the chances of us winning the CL again are minuscule, let alone of us being one of the dominant forces in European football for the best part of a decade as we were under Stein.

I would love it, but that simply will not happen.
