This is always the first thread I open on my KDS visits every day and has been all season.

Says it all from my perspective. Brendan, I love you more each and every day.

We have, once more, a proper manager of Celtic. :rocker: :worthy:

It's weird, my man love levels had peaked with Henke - now I fear I may reach heights beyond my limits.
Every day, he just does something to add to his aura.

Taking the under 12s & bigging up our captain, giving Broony much deserved credit & most definitely making him feel 10 feet tall before he leads us onto a treble.
His man management skills are awe inspiring, imagine working under him - you'd run through brick walls. The squad mentality has gone through the roof & it's all thanks to Brendan, although he would never suggest that.

I'm in love.

Celtic Under 12's had a new coach at Barrowfield tonight - Step forward one Brendan Rodgers :worthy:

How good must that have made those kids feel?

This Man oozes sheer class :worthy:
Not only did he coach the youngsters, he coached the coaches. Giving them his opinion on things and telling them what he would have done at different stages of the session.

The man cares about every aspect of our club .

The consistency of performance is as good as anything I have seen from any Celtic team

They go out and play at a high tempo from the first minute to the last

That was outstanding tonight, a real pleasure to watch

BR said he wanted to improve fitness, physical and mental. He sure has done that.
Used to annoy when we played teams in European competition and their skill level and ability on the ball was way above ours even from some of the 'lesser' teams. No fear of that now.

I've never seen any manager at any club, never mind Celtic, make such a difference as a coach as Brendan Rodgers has this season.

Martin O'Neill revived the club and turned a 20-odd point league loss to the huns into a 20-odd point league win in his first season, and he's still the benchmark for modern Celtic managers, but the squad he inherited had some serious quality in it and he spent (in Scottish football terms) huge amounts of money augmenting it.

Brendan though inherited a squad containing about two dozen players that not one of us would have missed if they'd been sold last summer. His net spend in that summer was I suspect less than MON paid for Chris Sutton alone. Of the players that he did sign only two have established themselves as first choices, not so much because the other signings were failures but because he's made such a difference to the guys that were already here.

Of those that we'd have (mostly) not batted an eyelid to see leave, he's managed to coach Stuart Armstrong, Callum McGregor, Scott Brown, Tom Rogic, Leigh Griffiths, Dedryck Boyata, Craig Gordon and James Forrest into players that we'd (mostly) all be happy to see starting CL games. He's improved the games of Patrick Roberts and Kieran Tierney no end as well, and they were pretty damn good to begin with.

Just an amazing job that he's done this season. Truly incredible. As much as I'm looking forward to the next two games, I really can't wait to see what's in store next season.

There is clearly a high demand on players where just being good enough isn't tolerated. He expects a certain level of performance regardless where we sit in the table. That's the manager we have needed for a long time. One who demands better and challenges the players to keep improving.

My thoughts as well. It really is a wonderful time to follow the club. The change is all down to Brendan Rodgers and his team. The way hes turned round some of the players who were here is phenomenal and the level they are playing at on a consistent basis is something I don't think Ive seen before.
