Hopefully stays for ten

Gut feeling he won't cause he wants to go back to England or Spain
He's not here to half do the job. He's more than aware of what it means to be immortal at Celtic. He wants the ten more than you or I do.

I reckon Rodgers would only leave for a massive English club or a big club in Spain or Italy.

No way would he go to some no mark outfit in the EPL.

Listening to him talk about Martin O'Neil and how he stayed for 5 years and became a legend, there's no way i hell Brendan leaves before the 10. 3rd manager to win the treble (Jock Stein, Martin O'Neil, Brendan Rodgers), 2nd manager to do 9 in a row(Jock Stein, Brendan Rodgers), first manager to do 10 in a row (Brendan Rodgers). He'd be a legend, and as a Celtic supporter that's worth more than any pay rise in the world

Can't help but feel the same.

Some interview! He gets it because he was born into it. :worthy:
Peter Grant was born into 'it' and he'd be an absolute catastroeff as manager.

Most importantly, Rodgers is a top class manager and is improving all the time.
Peter Grant isn't Irish :ponder:
Or a good coach.

He didn't need to sign a 4 year deal, if he had any ideas of managing in Spain or England in the near future he could have signed a 2 year contract.

He's here for the ten and he'll leave one hell of a legacy.

He wouldn't have signed a new contract if he wasn't here for the 10.

He'll be here unless things go pete tong.

I think he'll have a feeling of unfinished business down South. A lot of people down there continue to paint him as a sort of David Brent type figure and are completely ignorant of how close he came to leading a fairly average Liverpool squad to the title. I think he's at Celtic for the long run though.

he definitely will but he keeps saying he has another 20 years left of coaching so plenty of time for that and other jobs after he unveils his statue on the celtic way :naught:

Despite a fantastic season he's on record saying he's only just gotten started in terms of where he wants to take the club.

There's no point in discussing him leaving because it will be way down the line before he goes anywhere. Still so much to look forward to before he does.

This.

Too much of this Brendan leaving chat, enjoy the moment FFS. He's one of us and won't be gone before winning that 10th title.

He won't be going anywhere until his statue is on the Celtic Way and the North Stand has been renamed in his honour.

Brendan is going nowhere . He's here to try for the Ten, but I think even more than that, he sees an opportunity to have a go at the Europa League. Now that would cement his place in our history.
