It's been said here many times " It's a Great time to be a Celtic fan"

Looking at Forrest, Armstrong, Rogic, Dembele, Brown, et al, with this manager
"It's a Great time to be a Celtic player"

His talks to the meeja about his players must make all of them feel "brand new. Man management is his strongest asset. You get the impression that they'll do anything for him. I always thought that Big Jock was a miracle man with his players but he's now got a worthy successor and I fancy that BR is an adept politician when dealing with PL and the Board.

A breath of fresh air......We should never lower the bar for a manager ever again. Its a position that should be the foundation of the playing side.

liked his comments about armstrong in that press conference. been critical of him in past and felt he needed a stronger attitude and dtermination to make it here, if rodgers can build that up he can still be excellent for us.

BR talks Scott Brown up, praising him at every opportunity. Good read.

Thats what i was getting at earlier. I was skeptical of Rodgers for Europe and, while I'd definitely have taken him, preferred Moyes.

How wrong was I.

No-one championed Moyes more than me, and while I still think Moyes would have done a decent job for us, I'm thrilled at what Rodgers is achieving. His enthusiasm for the club and it's history is amazing, and he has charmed the support better than anyone since MON. If he can achieve what MON achieved, we'll have a great old time.

It's not like you were in a minority. Many of us wanted Moyes and if the rest are anything like me they'll now be questioning their sanity.

Moyes seems a bit obsessed with the EPL too. The only time Rodgers mentions it is to praise us or our players in comparison.

Worth pointing out that his defence that was all over the shop at the start of the season is now the tightest in the league.
