Anyone know who the "journalist" was that asked about Barton?

Good press conference from Rodgers again.
not sure but one of these 5 idiots

It was the guy on the far left of that picture. I suggested last year that Celtic TV should film the journalists asking the questions. I have no idea why they don't do it.
Because it would begin to feel like a police state?!

If people really believe in fundamental freedoms such as the right to display a Palestinian flag let's not go down the road of censuring or intimidating journalists at press conferences.

Brendan Rodgers is up to this stuff.

He is the manager.

Trust him to handle it wisely.

that implies a certain trust and respect that flows both ways. The MSM have an agenda. Why else would a "journalist", at a post CL press conference bring up a question that had absolutely nothing to do with anything?
Every journalist on tv faces the cameras, including many English sports journalists on Sky Sports, and has lived to tell the tale. Why not Scottish sports writers? What freedom would that remove other than complete anonimity?

Tactical genius. Get's us 3-0 up, lulls our opponents in by deliberately conceding 2...then we go for the kill. He's playing four dimensional chess.

We're a revelation going forward, but he's still to alleviate my fear of his ability to organise a defence.

Couple of clean sheets would be lovely.

I think his defence is perfectly organised.

Can't legislate for two crazy goals conceded.

Nil is vastly overrated when your scoring 4-5 goals per game. A lot of it is still down to basic individual errors rather than poor organisation.

Nil isn't overrated at all. We won't be hitting teams for 4 and 5 every week.

We've conceded 5 goals in our last 4 games. That's a wee bit of a concern.

I understand what you're saying but wait until Sviatchenko and Simunvovic come back in. O'Connell has been a useful option in their absence but when these guys come back the clean sheets will begin.

I'm confident that we will cut out the silly goals once we replace Gordon

It`s only a concern when you`re not scoring, this team is set up to score goals, lots of them. It leaves room for more individual errors costing you at the back. We normally struggle up there to win by more than one, we shredded them and took our foot off the gas, understandably with the midweek game coming up. If we were playing a more potent team, say in the CL group stage, I`ve no doubt Brendan will play it differently.
