Fantastic appointment which hopefully heralds a whole shift in strategy from the club. Up until the announcement I genuinely though we'd be hit with a Lennon or a Mackay.

Obviously pushed the boat out here and let's hope he gets the backing financially.
This.

Genuinely excited for the new season now.

Moyes was my first choice but delighted with this. Signals a new ambitious approach from the board.

Welcome to Paradise, Brendan! :worthy:

Second biggest appointment of the day after Gary Locke took over the reins at Starks Park, IMO.

£100 down but delighted that we have a top class manager

Just the £20 here lol

Cheers for the fun anyway
I lost a tenner, I got told that Rodgers was a shoe in for the Everton job :cuckoo: My source was impeccable, now he's a carrot
Evertonians would have torched Goodison if that had happened.

I'm so sorry for doubting the board that have strung us along for 15 years!

Big appointment and big change from the board - well done to them!

Season ticket sales...ZOOM!
JPT said months ago (think it was outside Dens iirc) the Board were well aware that this time* they had to do something to sort the malaise - Looks like they are trying hard so fair play to them - Let Rodgers cut the dross adrift and back him with some quality as opposed to quantity.

* Off course the Deila Bus was still on the go but the reality is Ronny was told post the Family Club defeat in December he would not be in situ come August.
