The interview at the end of BT sport coverage

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZEgZ4vqncE
Brilliant. Good watch.

Even big Suttons dig at Craigan not thinking it's a penalty. They were like school boys standing in front of the headmaster.

Sir, Sir, Steven did think it was a penalty Sir!

A different man from the carrot who managed Liverpool, definitely. My hope was that he'd learn from his mistakes and looks like he has done so. Very enjoyable to watch the team at present and his interviews are far more engaging.

It's funny, the way that Deila is described on here is the way that Brendan is described on RAWK. The way Klopp is described on RAWK is the way Brendan is described on here. It's genuinely class to see everyone so positive again  .
Effin hell that forum isn't very user friendly

Any time I look at another fan platform it makes me appreciate KDS all the more.

I wasn't the first to know it nor the last but the last week has proven exactly how poor a 'manager' Ronny Deila is. Close up, within the club, it must have been very very obvious very early on.

Was interesting he spoke about changing the mentality first. I wonder if that is the reason we're seeing such big turnarounds in the performances of Brown, Forrest etc. They have both been excellent in the last couple of games, different players. Surely the sign of a great manager and seems to have been a trait throughout his career (look at the number of players that have performed under him but failed elsewhere). Reminds me of MON.

agreed ... that post-match interview compared to MON, Strachan or Lennon. He will not get caught up in the nonsense previous managers have. Leaves his captain to call the opponents cheats. A very very savvy guy.

Lubo reminded me of Mr Miyagi last night.

His broken English, his snippets of wisdom and you know that when push comes to shove he'd still be the best player in that stadium last night.

I don't care about individuals. And there was plenty tonight who boosted their causes.

Brendan Rodgers is the most exciting thing to happen to Celtic since Martin O Neill. I can't wait to watch the next game.

I've got my Celtic back

pretty much said exactly that on the way home last night. This has the feeling of the start of something very good.

If so, it's rather bizarre since RD was supposed to be into all the mental stuff. Or was is that he was just mental?

In separate interviews over 2 days with Rogic and Forrest they both mentioned "positivity" as being different at the club

So you have to infer it wasn't that great under Delia

We're finally seeing the high tempo, pressing football that Ronny promised.....under Rodgers.

I grew up watching Lennox and Chalmers and I love the importance that the new manager places on pace. Also working hard when you don't have the ball.

I'm of an age where I don't get too exited by the aura surrounding the next big thing to arrive at Celtic.

I read a lot of sh#te from Liverpool supporters slating Rodgers but he comes across, in the interviews I've seen, as a real thinking man's football manager. I was inclined towards Moyes but very impressed with Rodgers to date.

Last night showed a glimpse of the real Celtic and when you think that the team was full of players that we would have gladly discarded a week ago, he seems less of a manager and more of a miracle worker to me.

Just vastly less experienced as it goes.

But that is obvious isn't it?

Think the squad is starting to look to quite healthy. Still too many players but we knew that was a problem.

Goalkeeper
Craig Gordon
Logan Bailly

Left Back
Kieran Tierney
Emilio Izaguirre

Right Back
Saidy Janko
Mikael Lustig

Centre Half
Kolo Touré
Erik Sviatchenko
Jozo Šimunović
Dedryck Boyata
Eoghan O'Connell

Centre Mid
Scott Brown
Nir Bitton
Callum McGregor
Liam Henderson

Attacking Centre
Tom Rogic
Ryan Christie
Stefan Johansen

Attacking Left
Scott Sinclair
Stuart Armstrong

Attacking Right
Patrick Roberts
James Forrest

Striker
Moussa Dembélé
Leigh Griffiths
Nadir Çiftçi

That’s a 25 man squad, leaving us with some unsed players:
Efe Ambrose
Kris Commons
Gary Mackay-Steven
Kristoffer Ajer (not sure where he fits in yet)
Leonardo Fasan

I’d still like to see those options in the middle of the park be better, but the squad is definitely starting to take shape. A good mix of youth (Tierney, Roberts, Dembele) and experience (Toure, Sinclair, Brown) too.
