Elyounoussi for £2m Molde winger/striker
Dembele for £250k Fulham striker/winger
Wisdom for £3m Liverpool RB/CB
Delaney £2m Copenhagen CM/DCM

4 players we should be able to attract, Dembele being the most difficult.
Sell 8 to 10 players & we're quids in - easy!
If we're trying to get the squad down in numbers, then it's important to have flexible players.

Wisdom being able to cover 2 problem positions is a no Brainer.
Is this speculation? Suggestions? Or informed information?

Would be fairly happy with those 4 - especially Delaney and Dembele ...but i think we should be striving to get a marquee signing (by the SPFL standards anyway); Dyer being the choice for me.

Big Toure can come in for a bit of experienced wisdom around the central defence, if he wants.

I know a member of the backroom staff. He says the difference in commitment, organisation and work ethic is unbelievable compared to last year. A proper structure to everything they are doing. Also says the hours are a fair bit longer too.. not that he's moaning. (No lunchtime knockoffs from the gaffer anymore)

That's true  double sessions most days and between those the players go to a hotel, get lunch and rest. Players are now coming in at 10am and not leaving till after 6pm. It's fair to say Rodgers and his team have took the training and fitness regime to a different level. The players got a real culture shock with it but have really bought into it.

IT’S more a greenprint than a blueprint.

Erik Sviatchenko insists, however, Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic dossier will ensure everyone is reading from the same page.

SunSport revealed new Hoops boss Rodgers has handed his players a detailed booklet on what he expects from them.

Stopper Sviatchenko has already devoured every work of Rodgers’ football bible, and is hugely impressed by his new gaffer.

And the Danish ace believes that professionalism and attention to detail will lead to an exciting new era at Parkhead.

Sviatchenko said: “It’s nice to have that idea of how he wants to play, to be able to look through the book and understand things better.

“It’s not like we’re going to be waking up in the middle of the night and reading it, but it’s good to have something to help explain things.

“When a new boss comes in and wants to implement new ideas, it’s great to have something written down we can read if we’re in doubt.

“It’s a general guide to how he wants to work, what he expects from us, what he can give to us, and how he wants us to play.

“I’ve never experienced anything like that in football, it’s my first time being handed a book like this, but it’s very nice.

“It shows a seriousness, a real detailed approach and a message that we’re all in this together.

“We are working for the one goal, being together and planning for a good season. It’s a good start.

“It’s not a very thick book, I was able to read it all. It’s more general, some team tactics, but also what he and his coaching team expect from the players.

“Training has been fun, even though it’s hard work, because we’ve been doing so many different things. It is inspiring.

“The structure has changed, the way training is organised. We know what we’re starting with, and what we’re ending with.

“So it’s nice to have some structure and the level of training has been really high.”

Sviatchenko has been a long-term admirer of Rodgers, and was an avid viewer of the ‘Being Liverpool’ documentary series.

That gave an insight into his the new gaffer’s methods, and the Dane insists landing him has put Celtic back on the map.

Sviatchenko added: “I knew him before, not personally, but knew of him.

“I watched the Being Liverpool series of movies about the club, he featured in that a lot.

“Brendan is portrayed quite accurately in that series, actually. He’s like that in real life and a really nice guy.

“When he was appointed, it was big news in Denmark. I think even though people know Celtic are a big club they sometimes forget how good they are.

“To sign a manager like that shows you have a really good reputation again.

“We can show it on the pitch, but a signing like that gives some talk, especially around the manager.

“I really hoped for a boss with that status and experience. I think everyone is really happy with it so far.

“It’s a good start that fans are turning up in huge numbers, and they are buying season tickets. We know Celtic are a good club. We know we are the biggest club in Scotland, and we want to show that every week.

“People are buying season tickets and signing up for the Rodgers Revolution. Hopefully Celtic Park will be packed.”

Sviatchenko was part of a Hoops squad of over 25 players that jetted out to Slovenia yesterday.

Jamie Lindsay, Jamie McCart, Tony Ralston and Darnell Fisher joined the established stars.

Stefan Johansen was among them after returning from international duty, while forgotten striker Nadir Ciftci was also included.

Celts play four matches during the 12-day stay, beginning with Thursday’s clash with Celje.

Rodgers is also expected to have private chats with all his players, and Sviatchenko expects a free-flowing style under the new gaffer.

He said: “I’ve not had a one-on-one meeting with the boss yet.

“Maybe he will have some of those in Slovenia. That might be a pleasant time for everyone.

“We know we’ve been working hard, the first week has been about fitness, now we’re getting into the games. It’s important we make that next step. It’s going to be good to get out there and show the manager what we can do in games.

“But what we’ve shown on the training field already in the first week has been really good.

“The boss has told us he’s very pleased with what we’re doing, and how hard we’re working.

“The most important thing is figuring out how we are going to play.

“We did that in the first week and people are coping quite well with the new style.

“After one week, people are getting ideas and their focus around how the new manager wants us to play.

“It’s a new manager with new ideas, and so far the ideas for me have been what I want to be doing.

“It’s about history as well, and how his teams played at Swansea and Liverpool.

“I think it will be something similar to that so at this point it’s really interesting.

“I am excited about the new style. We need to dominate games even more than we did last year.”
