Not a penny less.

He has balls of absolute steel. The way he brings it out from the back into the half space to kick start attacks is incredible. His celebration of a tackle in the first half was class. A defender who enjoys defending.

Best game in a Celtic shirt tonight. Really mature performance and I loved his celebration after that tackle that went out for a throw-in
Enjoyed that too :rocker:

He's a cracking prospect. Probably our best centre-back at the moment - although the Jozo of tonight and not Partick/Tynecastle is up there.

Was it Ronny or Brendan who made the decision to transform him into a centre-back? Looks a wise move. He is so cool and collected carrying the ball from the back. Really adds a different dimension to our play.

He played regularly as a CB with Kilmarnock.

And was outstanding.

Aye, I knew that. But presumably we didn't send him to Kilmarnock and their coaching staff decided to play him at centre-back without someone at Celtic saying that's what we wanted?

Thought he was brilliant tonight, distribution positioning, tackling and vision was first class. He's going nowhere for a long time.

He rattled that player with that tackle and celebration. The guy should have been sent off shortly after and was eventually subbed off having done nowt since. Lovely stuff.

Honestly reminds me of Franz Beckenbauer in the way he plays. Please God that he turns out to be every bit as good.

Starting to fill out physically and learning every game. Hopefully see him be first choice at the back and really kick on

It was Rodgers, he insisted when he loaned him to Killie that he be played at CB.

Sure it was on here I read that, maybe from one of the Killie boys that posts sometimes.

I cannot believe how young he is. He’s quick, he’s big, he’s good on the ball and he’s a natural leader. Huge potential.
