He was definitely the better one of the two however still unnecessarily ties himself in knots at time. I would like to see a back four of Ralston, Hendry, Ajer and KT given an outing. Not sure how it would work out but benworth a go.

If we're not going to buy, then we have to develop.
This, until guys like Compper can contribute to the development of the youngsters... Which I hope he can/will.

I agree. I would experiment when we have the league wrapped up.

With a bit more experience he could be a Roy Aitken type player.

I hope we still have him when he does.

I like him.
So do I. I particularly liked the bit in the game when the ball was bouncing about our box and he just blottered it to feck up the park. Don't want to see that Hoff ball too often but there are times when the ball just needs cleared. And that was one of those times.

 Brought a big smile to my face. Great passer too but knowing when to hit Row Z is all important.

He's good. Needs to try and suss how to turn quicker though. Not his fault he's 8 feet 3, but he'll need to sort something out if he wants to go to the top.

Think he is decent defensively,he has to be careful when he brings the ball out though.

First-team starter

I like him and think that some day he might be good enough to be a regular starter for Celtic, but he is quite a way off that just now. It's a reflection on how poor our options are that some people are saying he is our best bet. I'd rather play Bitton and possibly Lustig with Tierney in a back three on Thursday. Experienced players are essential in this game. Its really quite a worrying situation to be in with Simunovic appearing to have lost all interest and confidence.

I like Ajer and think he could become a permanent fixture in our defence until the EPL come calling for him....but I am a bit worried about one aspect of his game for the Zenit ties - he seems a bit prone to grabbing a handful of his opponents shirt and I think a combination of a half decent ref in European competition and opposition players who know how to take advantage of that kind of naivety will cause us grief.

Teams have been doing it to us for years in Europe.

Jozo does seem to have lost confidence but I would hesitate to say he has lost interest. He was quite visibly upset and embarrassed after his give away. As well he should have been, but if he wants away he would not be helping himself by showing a lack of interest.

He played really well today.

A great recovery block/tackle in the second half. Looks like he enjoys defending.
