Done well yesterday. He brings the ball out from the back in a very calm fashion that suits the way we play. Think he has all the attributes that Brendan would like in a centre back.

I’d be tempted to move him up the pecking order to our 3rd choice centre half as doesn’t appear Erik has a future here and Bitton well, is a midfielder.

Has everything needed to be a top centre back. I would like to see him go for another loan and get another 20 games under his belt.

Thought he played excellent yesterday, I’d definitely look to be giving him more playing time as he seems ready.
He looks like he’s been hitting the weights and has filled out a lot, going to be a monster in a few years.

Thought Ajer was a converted midfielder too?

I'd like to see him starting more games. He's more than good enough to hold his own in Scottish football as a first team regular; fantastically in control of his performance for a 19 year old centre back. Definitely should be playing when Jozo isn't available.

I like that he has the power and technique to charge the ball through the opposition. VvD was great at that, and it's the kind of wildcard move that can catch defenders out and create goals. With a better ball from Hayes, Ajer would have got a goal from it yesterday.

He always looked a footballer, now he has bulked up I see no reason why he can't push on under BR and get a semi-regular start. He and Boyata were very good together.

He was prior to joining. BR has re-positioned him into a centre back and that’s where he’s played now for 18 months. Plus he’s younger and has more scope for learning than Bitton.

Missed that game. From the highlights it appeared Bitton was worse.

Bhoy done good. I'd give him a few more run outs to see how he does and take it from there

After his own goal - which was really unlucky - he lost his head and was charging about all over the place. My mate who's a Killie fan said you can tell he really hates losing and conceding, which is fine but you need to channel it the right way. In Astana he looked like that guy in your school team that grabs the ball in a rager and tries to skin everyone when you lose a goal.

I don't think it's a coincidence that he didn't feature for a while after that.

Saw a tweet that said yesterday was the first he's played with us beside an actual cenre half. Been Bitton or in a three with KT and Lustig before now.

He's a big unit, pacy, reads the game well and can pick a pass. Ajer or McCrorie, choose.
