My Killie fan mate says he's class and puts him in mind of van Dijk. He hates Celtic as well, so it's not cheap praise.

Killie fans absolutely love him, I think I'll watch a few. Killie games.
I hope he can play against us, as Roberts did against Citeh - be good for his development.

Have a mate who is actually Dundee united fan but was a hospitality guest at Kilmarnock game today. He has said that Ajer was absolutely head and shoulders above anything on the pitch today.

Very pleasing he'a doing well and getting some first team games in the league.

Did he ever get his driving license sorted out? Didn't see an update on that.

I think going forward he'll be a Centre Half who in certain games or at certain times would be deployed in a holding midfield role. I know this sore of adaptability is bizarrely treated with huge suspicion by many on KDS but it could make him even more of an asset.

I would think a centre half who could actually play centre mid would be a KDS wet dream.

His attitude & willingness to improve/listen/work is what shines through.
Even the Killie fans are impressed by how he's representing himself & therefore them - celebrating 2 late goals like he's a diehard for example.
Chat of him being loaned there for all of next season, if this goes well...

Great news. Surface aside I reckon this could be an excellent move. He's had time to see what's expected and given the Club time to assess and work with him, now PL experience is another massive step forward.
