In trademark fashion, Kieran has told the medical staff not to make a fuss, just a bit Deep Heat and he'll be brand new.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him start at Ibrox. Quick heal over 6 weeks, sub appearance then back just in time. :rocker:

The rest might actually be good for him.

Doubt we'll see him until after the Winter break. Won't do him any harm to get the rest and come back fully fit and raring to go.

He'll be missed but the enforced rest won't do him any harm. In Izzy, we are fortunate to have such an experienced player ready to step in. Comparisons with Tierney at this time are irrelevant.

If you're good enough to make a career as a first-choice footballer, you're going to experience this now and then. That's the game, unfortunately.

We will definitely feel his absence. That's not to say I think Izaguirre won't do well, but Tierney is one of the best defenders in Britain.

Haste ye back, bhoy.

He'll recover from it fine if he's given enough time and not rushed back.

He's been looking a bit leggy towards the end of games recently. Couple of months to re-charge the batteries

He's been on twitter today saying he's had an operation. No idea if it's his shoulder though.

The bromance between him and Roberts on Twitter is amusing, the bold Paddy posted a pic of them both today saying "up seeing my boy"

Don't know if that link will work but it's a pic of him after his op. Massive leg brace on.

Wearing long sleeve jacket tho. He's lost his edge.
