not sure if its a big deal yet over there but fantasy/"dream team" football is big here. had kieran on my draftkings team today, he was only selected by 0.4% of about 30,000 entries...absolutely raging that he didn't get credit for the goal or an assist for the cross for dembele's second! what a performance though, he will be a celtic legend

Got a bit of doing off Sterling a few times (no shame in that) but stuck at it and gave as good as he got.

A lot to learning but he's learning very quickly.

Decent going forward, really struggled at times up against Sterling though.
Great experience for him, he's getting better and better.

An on from Sterling had plenty of joy against him, but he still did well no shame whatsoever in that. Great performance all round.

Good to see he's sticking with the 'run about fast' celebration when he scores

He's a hero.

The really encouraging thing is the boy is improving with every game and has done since he broke through.
He has a superb attitude, can tackle, reads the game very well
He will make mistakes but seems to learn from them, has the potential to go far.

Think he will score on Wednesday
You can get 20-1 on that, and 66-1 that he scores first

Sterling was very very good tonight and has been giving full backs a torrid time in the EPL this season.
But Kieran stuck at it tonight even though there were times Sterling got the better of him
There's no doubt Tierneywill definitely get better playing and testing himself against these quality players. My only fear is, his displays are so good, we might have trouble holding onto him come January, because quality full backs are in really short supply in England. I'm sure his display tonight will have been noticed by the Man City management and others.

He was great tonight. Sterling was outstanding and Tierney did well not to let him run riot over him. Contained Sterling as well as possible and got forward to support attacks when he could.

What a prospect he is.

I thought he coped reasonably well against Sterling. Sterling's turn of speed and power is really something to behold and Tierney, I would reckon, has never come up against someone with those qualities ever. He'll learn from it and realise in time how much he loved playing against a genuine world class player.

The one thing in our favour is Kieran Tierney has his head screwed firmly on and seems the type of lad who would appreciate how well he is developing at Celtic
Hopefully he will move when he feels he is ready rather than for the first big money offer.

Plus BR being in charge and him being a supporter

Tough night for him tonight, but one which will have been good experience for him. Hard shift against Sterling who was excellent.
