The best home grown player in a very very long time. Superb full back.

If he keeps progressing the way he has been, he'll be the best player this country's produced in decades.

He's fairly put the "needs a rest" patter to bed. I'm sure it will come up again after his next bad game though.

He had a great game today. His awareness in the final third is excellent, knows when to play it along the ground and when to whip in a cross. Some good tackles put in as well.

Another excellent performance today. Looks to have got over his trauma in Barcelona. And don't you just love the black boots and brycreemed hair.

He has that thing that WGS was always rattling on about, he is a man at 19.

Kind of highlights the 24yo weans in the squad.

Fantastic game - start to finish our best player on a day when a few did well

Noticed he wasn't slow to give Gordon a telling off for being slow to come out at one point in the second half

Gave him a right telling off

Fantastic player

Aye, he'll be world class.

The improvement in his game going forward is incredible.

I love him.

An exceptional talent and at his age it beggars belief how good he is.

I say it every week but every week he gets better. I expect Izzy to be off in January, so I thought we'd use him more meantime.

Excellent today. I love how humble he is too. He's got plenty to work on but if he's this good right now, imagine how good he'll be in 10 years time.

The goals will come, which is a ridiculous thing to be saying about a left back

Mental to think he's 19. Plays like a seasoned pro. Future captain for sure.

Just brilliant.

No doubt he will be up against class players on Wednesday and it will be a real challenge for him.

He will step up - this season or next - he will cope at the top level.

Goals and passing it out of defence instead of thrashing it clear but there's plenty of time.

When he scores and wherever it may be, that roof is coming off, even if it's the 5th, 6th or 7th in a rout or it's a last minute winner - no roof! ...gone.

What a player this boy can become.
