This is what I've been getting thoughts of.

Bear in mind it's only about 18 months ago he broke his leg, and look how he's came back from that. That could have ended experienced pros in terms of confidence, you only have to look at his backup to see that it can affect you. Water off a duck's back for this wee guy.
Its a Wee concern I have that he could do himself an injury. He's by no means reckless in the tackle but I can't help but think that some will start leaving the boot in on him. If he stays clear of injury and he fills out a bit he has the potential to be sensational. Reminds me of Gary Neville.

Rock solid. I read a meme on Facebook with a photie of him and it said: "Kieran Tierney must have hunners of weans. He never pulls out of anything" or words to that effect. Sums him up for me! A bit to go, but doing fantastically well just now.

Harks back to the days when we brought quality young players through the ranks with regularity.

Crainie would be the 2nd best LB we've brought through the YT in the past couple of decades. Kennedy played their for a while too.

I think he's going to get better now that we have Sinclair in front of him. Reduces the pressure on KT and will offer him better options.

This young guy is with us for the long haul, have it on good authority that he doesn't care about money and is more than happy with what he gets from Celtic. Even if offers come in it will be very hard to get him to leave as he wants to stay in Scotland with his family mates etc. Future captain in the making.

Fantastic player who gives it all in every game he plays. Always looking for the overlap. The partnership with Sinclair will be important and that developed rapidly in Sunday v Hearts. More good things to come.

Dear God no. Gary Neville was (a) a right back, and (b) a hateful wee dick.

KT is so much more :rocker:

Great player and potential captain in few years. His slide tackling is awesome. Love it when one of our development squad players becomes a regular first team player. It needs to happen much more regularly though

Running out of superlatives for the boy. Apart from all his obvious traits, his love for the club and his desire to play for his team impresses me so much. He'll chase loose balls all day, he'll make a run to drag a defender with him and give our man on the ball more space. And for a relatively wee guy he's not afraid to put himself about for the good of the team.

I just love him

I get the Neville comparison and think it's actually a very good one.
They do actually have a lot of similar traits, they look the same high and build (slight) but are hard as nails, are very intelligent about when to go forward and when to tuck in. Both have good delivery and excellent timing in the tackle.
Neville was always spoke about as an "old school" FB at a time when players where becoming flashy bastards.
If Teirney has a similar impact on us as Neville had a Utd, I'll be ecstatic!

Claudio Ranieri was interviewed after we played Leicester recently. He said he was keeping a close eye on one of our players, but didn't say who. It must have been KT. No one else in our squad has the ability to play for the English championships. I hope we hold on to him for many years.
