Surprised there aren't more people commenting on yet another outstanding display this afternoon.

Just wait until he has a bad game and this thread will be full of posts
Aye I had to go back 4-5 pages to find this thread today. Madness.

He's oldskool alright and I love the kid. Hopefully we can keep him for a few years more and dont cash in on the first 10m cheque. He's going to go far in the game.

It's great that he's doesn't seem like MOTM in every game. Most of last season he seemed liked the only player up for it, as well as talented enough. Now, he seems surrounded by a team putting in nearly as much effort, and some of whom are showing some ability.

I thought Hearts targeted him today. He's as tough as old boots, surprised he got up from that Cowie challenge.

Agree noticed that prat Paterson tried to leave a few digs on him also credit to the wee man didn't let it bother him just shrugged it off. Look forward to seeing him getting his own back in the future when he's bulked up and a bit more streetwise.

My Mrs said "what's wrong with his leg, it looks swollen"

He'll fill out alright, Andy Thom would be proud of those thighs.

Nice that the others have now decided to try so that he doesn't have a monopoly on MOTM awards. Amazing that the kid is 19. Not just a hard man either. Worldly of a ball to land on Griffiths chest.

My kind of defender, will run through brick walls for the team, gives up on nothing and has a tremendous desire to win.....and he's only just beginning....this Bhoy looks set to be the real deal

Aye I think because he's quite slight and quiet they probably thought they could kick him out of the game. Not a chance. Hard wee carrot.

Reminds this old timer of a young David Hay
Think he could easily play in midfield, good passer of the ball, can tackle and has a great engine, also reads the game well

When was the last time we actually brought through a decent left-back entirely of our own doing? In my lifetime, KT's competition on that front would be Mark Reid and The Bold Anton. So, not really that close a contest.

Pound for pound our best player. I know Roberts has the skills but KT is just such an immense wee player, skillful, hard and nails and has a great footballing brain. And still only 20.

I dunno if this is what's needed before he has the confidence to have a first instinct of playing his way out of trouble instead of punting it, which he's still doing a little when pressed in defence. If he knew that he could hold off any challenge while he's looking for a pass from the LB position, maybe he'd add this other string to his bow. Either way, he's doing brilliantly as he is and if he manages to improve with age and experience we'll have an absolute star on our hands.

Wears black boots and tucks his shirt in. Deserves praise just for that alone. :worthy:
