If he wants to join a Japanese whaling ship he can also. Fortunately he would rather stay here playing football for Celtic as stated ad nauseum by him every month. Maybe his 'claims' aren't good enough for you, and you'd rather listen to the Internet and the daily record

We'll see.

PL 'Keeping a hold of KT is just like a new signing'

End of summer spending til after the last CL qualifier, if qualified.

Thought it was a crap article. Mostly because it suggests that Calvin Miller would be an able replacement.

Spot on. 'Decent back up' 'exciting prospect'

He's been rank at LB nearly every time he's played there. I don't see it as a defender.

This is all about money. PL and KT's agent trying to call each others bluff. Hooefully gets resolved asap.
We don't have many players rated at 25M. So if that's his value his wage should reflect it. If, say, Dembele is getting more, when we were willing to accept 20m, then that wouldn't sit right with an agent I'm sure. And, who knows, maybe Eddie is on a tidy whack. They're all round about the same age too.

All hypothetic I guess. Might be Scott Sinclair who's the top earner. It's all a bit unseemly but if he wants to stay on that basis, while the manager wants to keep him, we're being foolish if we don't try to resolve this.

If he wants to burst the wage structure and set a precedent that will see everyone else banging at the door, he's as well just getting real.

Should be a compromise though, as we saw with Jackie McNama...oh.
As previous he has already had 2 recent pay rises and his pay is level with those at the highest end of the scale.

Of course the club and manager do not want to lose him but there's not much we can do if his agent is playing games.
Fair enough. I don't know. Just going by Mikey's earlier post which suggested otherwise.

If he leaves I want him (in addition to all of the other indignities he should be subjected to) publicly stripped of his KDS goal of the season award.

I've not read anything from KT"s 'camp'. Can you post a link? If you can l'll totally accept your point.

Otherwise I'll take KT's word over the internet's.

FFS. Get your head out of the sand.

You don't believe what is printed anywhere (even Brendan Rodgers' interview which was reported everywhere) but you want to read KT's camp's words. :cuckoo:

Some people on here know people and hear things. They aren't making it up.

I feel like this started off as Celtic naming a price for him and KT then feeling they would get rid and began to consider it.

Think you're wrong here - Id wager that Everton get Mina - Discussions have already taken place between everton and barca and apparently personal terms were already agreed
