Heard a hun on the radio earlier saying Tierney should be probably go into the U-21 squad to make room for a more experienced left back, didn't say who that could be though...

Poor distribution early on, but settled well and made a goal-saving tackle as well.

I'm starting to think that they're trying to get him in there to up his price this summer. What other reason is there?

Thought he gave the ball away quite a few times but there wasn't much help being offered by the players in front of him, and I wasn't paying particularly close attention.

I thought he looked decent but showed his inexperience at times, but there's plenty of scope to improve on that.

I'd have Andy Robertson in front of Tierney for competitive games. But these are friendlies so he might get some game time.

Both Celtic youth players too!
Andy Robertson. Hull sub. Mythical qualities. Can't defend.
A sub thats played 41 games this season? Right you are.

Let's be hoping that Tierney's injury isn't serious. He'd be a huge loss, one of the few that can be counted on.

Izzy could more than do a job as he's proven. He'd also offer more going forward.

Nonsense, he's always been a favourite as you can see he loves being here. He's usually the last one to leave the park after celebrating with the fans, even took selfies at Tannadice on the Friday night. He also definitely has ability going forward. Tierney has earned the LB spot but doesn't mean Izzys shampooe.

if ability going forward is booting it out the other side of the pitch, then yes, he has it.
