Imagine that was your bhoy fulfilling his dream. His Dad must be sitting in the stand so proud at games.

His dad is a real Celtic man, and also an amazing soothsayer. Always worth watching again after games like last night's...

I hope Broony's quote of 'I'm Captain of Celtic, why would I want to go anywhere else' is repeated by KT one day.

Future Celtic captain. Not only a young, Incredible talent but a real stand-up guy too. How often do we get that in football, never mind at Celtic?!

He's just a super, super player. Defending, attacking, keeping possession, the kid has it all, and the attitude to boot.

I don't think that was a shot. He was actually trying to smash Kirk Broadfoot in the face.
Unfortunately somebody shouted 'ding' and broadfoot ducked.

Exactly why I pointed it out. Must be ridiculously proud watching him do what he does for his favourite team. :worthy:
I've pointed this out before, but while most folk have their burds, agents and millions of kids about on trophy day, Kieran has his mum and dad on the park. This year, his dad was having a long discussion with Paddy which hopefully was 'Why the eff would you want to leave here?'
Millions of kids? Whoever could you be talking about?

It's a far cry from the culture on display in Simon Ferry's recent interviews with O'Dea, Thomson, and McGeady. Looks like we are finally producing 24/7 athletes. Or KT is a wan aff. Hope not.
Aye, a lot of their chat was about young players not being characters, not having banter any more etc. Maybe it's just that they are, on the whole, a lot more conscientious and professional these days. :ponder:

Rodgers was at great pains last night to emphasise how professional KT is - doesn't drink, trains like an animal every day. You just need to look at how his physique has changed in the last two years to see how dedicated he is and he is absolutely reaping the rewards. He's a great role model for guys like Ralston and Miller.
Take KT over any and all of them no doubt. He is and should be the example our younger players look to.

We had a few shouts for Aiden early in the transfer window but if that is his attitude then you can't imagine Rodgers putting up with it...and I wouldn't want him to. I read someone else mentioning that Rodgers doesn't really even talk that much about KT's talent and I found myself realising I pretty much do the same. The lad's talent is obvious but it is his attitude that will ensure he makes the most of it. He is such a gift to us because he is a rarity.

Even with the players playing in England, you get the sense that most of them are just sailing along settling for what they have. It is frustrating watching them especially when they then come and play for Scotland and are mince.

If Brendan can get our youth players following the example of KT then we should hopefully see some very decent to excellent players come through in the next few years.

Don't think he wants to change it.

I think the number 63 is through his own choice :ponder:

Broadfoot's face was hilarious when he turned round, totally stunned.

Probably exactly how he looked when he burnt his coupon with the eggs.
