He's hard as nails but he's getting no protection from officials at all.

Three different lacerations, could have ended his career with that tackle.

Shocking, utterly disgusting tackle.

5 different lacerations to my count.

That guy should be hunted.
Horrendous challenge in modern day football. Also disappointed none of the other players where in n about making more of the challenge to either the ref nor the Motherwell player :boxer:

Only in Scotland against Celtic does a challenge like that not merit a red card. Any guy doing that in the street would be huckled.

The kid could have had his career cut short like John Kennedy, it was that bad.

Unfortunately the SMSM will share your attitude.

Disagree. Part of the wider problem holding Scottish football back - refs letting too much physical (violent) conduct go because "it's a man's game" or some other repressed bullshampoo. Scottish players aren't protected so move the ball on too fast and don't try anything too skilful lest they get effed up into the air.

And tho seems to be an example of them being too permissive against us because we're so far in front that they thick they need to even it up a bit by letting a few physical assaults away.

The straight leg tackle was a shocker and deserved a red but it wasn't the only bad tackle on Tierney today. He's been on the end of a few off the ball barges & poor tackles since he's come back from injury. Teams and players seem to be targetting him.
Tierney has been targeted since the day he first ran out in a Celtic jersey.

He gets stuck in and is hard but fair, which seems to give some of the neds holding back Scottish football licence to go in dirty on him. If he fouled as much as he is fouled and in that manner he'd be getting red cards every other week.

Refs are letting hackers get away with murder and it's only a matter of time before someone gets done badly. Clancy last week was a joke. Hopefully we get someone in the team who will let it be known they'll exact a terrible revenge on any carrot who tries this shampoo again.
I get a funny feeling eboue might be the very chap.

"Exact a terrible revenge"?

You looking for us to bring in Inigo Montoya on a season long loan?

As you wish
