The timing of his run-after he'd started the move with a pass to Paddy-was a thing of real beauty.

He then takes the return pass from Paddy-after he's covered 30 yards- and plays a perfectly weighted and accurate ball across the 6 yard box for Scotty's tap in.

He saw the move some 30 yards and about 10 seconds in advance.

Real quality football.

I am already looking forward to Armstrong and Rogic developing their midfield partnership in Europe next season. If Tom can find the energy to sustain the quality of his game for 90 minutes, then these two, helped by Forrest, Sinclair and Roberts can do some real damage to teams in next year's CL. With McGregor also obviously growing in confidence with the increase in game time he is geting, it may be that Brown will become our central defensive midfielder in European games and leave the creativity to the other 3. We really have no need to waste time in the transfer window looking for a defensive CM. That position is irrelevant in the team in the SPL, since we are always on the attack !

I was extremely critical of him last season but he's turned it around and made me look a fool. He's a player.

absolutely fantastic today, my man of the match. His pass and movement for the goal were outstanding

a few months ago I thought he was a dud whose level was Dundee United. Shows what I know

great player, long may he thrive

Along with Broony - the first names on the team sheet.

His improvement from last season is as dramatic as the captain's.

Getting better by the week.

Getting better every game. Just a few times he still gives away a slack pass and panics a little but what a massive improvement. MOTM today.

It's getting to the stage where it's not just a fantastic run of form. He's sustaining it over a prolonged period of time and even improving from game to game. It's looking like he's blossoming into an excellent all round midfield player who can create, score and cover acres of ground in supporting both the attack and defence.
