If we're bumping threads based on poor performances why the eff can't I see Rogic's anywhere?
Because Rogic has had a good season in the main.

Armstrong is a guy who everyone wanted left out the team to get a break from his rotten performances. Today he came back in, refreshed apparently, and turned in the exact same type of performance. It's worthy of discussion.

Doubt he'll be here next season, but he leaves with a couple of league winners medals so fair play to him.

Armstrong ls good enough to flourish under another manager. He'll still be here unless we get a good bid for him.

He was signed on the basis of his performances in the number 10 role. A position Ronny has never played him in.

He could yet come good with some better coaching and a bit of confidence.
He's not that good in the number 10 role either. He was shunted wide to accommodate a 17 year old Ryan Gauld at United.

Just a massive disappointment of a signing. Really average SPL player.

That pish has been done to death on here, he played wide left for Dundee Utd in most of his games.
That's also where he played last season when people were praising his performances!
He's had a tough second season which can happen, he's also spoke about mentally finding it tough to play for Celtic.
Nothing to do with this made up pish about being a number 10.

If Stuart Armstrong spent as much time before a match psyching himself up for the game as he does putting gel and spray in his hair, he might turn out a player.

Thought he had a good first half, tired/drifted out of it in the second.

He should not be playing on the left, or on a wing in general . Would like to see him play him in the role that made us stump up the cash for him.

He can't take a corner to save himself. Seen glimpses of what he can do but they were all too fleeting.
I would agree - some wee glimpses of a good player and then nothing. He seems really lost at cp and imo we could do worse than send him on loan somewhere to see if he can remember what it was he did to get a move to cp in the first place.

No, it wasn't. I was at Tannadice before Christmas last year and he played very well (and scored the winning goal) from playing off Ciftçi. Erskine and Spittal were the wingers.

Also saw him break through and score a very good goal against us at CP in 2013 when we beat them 6-2, again, from a central position off the striker.

We did not buy him thinking he was a left midfielder or a winger. If we did, then we are absolute mugs.

Revisionist, made up nonsense. A myth.

You repeating it over and over doesn't make it more true.

He regards himself as a central midfielder and is unhappy at being played out of position.

He clearly doesn't play there and it is affecting his confidence.

Bad management.

Another lightweight who looks good in patches but doesn't seem to have the mental strength to be a top player.
We have far, far too many like this and the new guy will have to sort this out PDQ. Those not wanted need punted so they don't hang about like a bad smell!
