Good player but not a great.

I'm sure he'll do reasonably well for them.

Depending on Southampton's fixtures, I'll probably bring him into my FFM team next season - he'll be a cheap differential bench warmer.

They're still in the £PL right?

7m basically covers The French Eddie.

No doubt the media will bill this as Celtic being weaker no Roberts, Armstrong gone and signing a player we already had.
We strengthened immediately when we released Ciftci.
7 million for Armstrong on last year of contract, 9 million for Eduard. The English market truly is bonkers.
£25M for Maddison down there and both Armstrong and Edouard are much better footballers than Maddison.

Wish him all the best, think he’ll do well enough down there albeit unspectacularly. Cheers for the purple patch Stuart.

Do we get to keep the song? Who can we adjust the lyrics to fit?

Tom Rogic is needing a song. Get working on it.

Stuey was slightly peripheral throughout his time, if he cracks it down there it would open a lucrative door to the Premier League for our fringe performers. This could help us keep the top players a little longer and give us a platform to build on.

If he wasn't latterly first pick for us, and becomes a Southampton first pick, then I think that tells us all we need to know.

A decent player, scored a few important belters, and good luck to him. Scotland needs him internationally speaking wise.

We really need to step up our transfer dealings after this sale. It was the right decision but we are now severely less handsome than last year. We desperately need to replace the shagability of Big Erik and Stewart

Tam brings rugged, chiselled looks to the team but does little for us in the glorious hairdo department

We better no be singing it during games now he's away. You Are My Larsson getting an airing these days is bad enough, never mind singing about a bit-part boy who tried to shaft us.

A man of splendid moments (more than just one or two), but Ntcham had won the place in the team by last season's end anyway. Armstrong is far more than a squad player on his day, but the durability just isn't there. This probably isn't a guy who's going to do 700-800 games in his career.

Good luck to him, genuinely hope he becomes a Scotland mainstay, and now it's time to think what can be done with the funds.

Really?
He's played around 300 games already and is only 26.

Larsson's song getting an airing is fine. He's a club icon.

No different to singing about JJ or Big Billy.

Armstrong on the other hand.
