Has a bit of directness about him that’ll be missed, not afraid to turn with the ball and take it to the opposition.

If he’s not for staying though then move him on now.

As said by many on here excellent 6 months under Brendan however never kicked a ball last season.

Was told Johnny Hayes thought he was off his head to think about going to Southampton or Crystal Palace. According to Johnny the money might be better but nothing beats a CL night at CP or walking on the pitch for the end of season celebrations.

With the loss of Sviatchenko and Armstrong the artisan eateries in Glasgow will take a hit. Sell your shares in Eusebi's Deli.
We gave wee Jamesy & his pal our seat in there the day after the 5-1 win at Ibrox last season - figured it was the least we could do

Can't grumble with £7m when he's in the last year of his deal, but it's only a good deal if we replace him adequately.

I think we'll miss him more than people think.
He made very little contribution last season. I’m not sure what we would miss.
His directness and goals. I think we missed the Armstrong of invincibles season last season
Last year we had 82 points .....the Invincibles season we had a 106 points.....Not all him but we certainly will miss him. The continued emergence of McGregor, long term deal of Rogic, Christie coming back, and perhaps the signing of McGinn should more than compensate.

The latter two wouldn't compensate for me.

Gives us some more money to spend. Time to invest heavily in the team now.

Good to see 7 million plus add ons if the Beeb is right.

Laughable that a few on here were talking about 2 or 3 million for him.

Good luck to him.

Think it’s the right time and deal for all concerned. Downside is we probably now go for McGinn.

Surely not? We signed him on a pre-contract and paid a fee to get him earlier?

I'm not sure but a few posters have said Utd would get 10%
