Surprised by the comments I'm seeing here. Thought Armstrong got pass marks today.
I'm not meaning specifically today, just..generally.I only saw wee bits of the match so can't really comment
on his game.

Bigger picture is the guy wants to play in England. He has been all too poor this season...think time to move him on with 18 months left on contract.

Get a decent price
What level?

I don't think he could cut it in the EPL
No cheeky to you but CGAF as long as we get as much as possible his performances this season have more often than not been poor. I don’t personally watch game down there but al la stefan johansen let him go down there and go to who he wants.

I actually like him as a player but enough is enough he doesn’t want to be in scotland hence his 2 year extension and drawn out resigning up process....same as Moussa for me as much as we can and a good luck...think Stuart will need it more all the same.

He was pish. A couple of decent runs first half but completely vanished 2nd half. Should have been hooked along with Sinclair.

Poor all season. His head seems to have gone which for a supposedly intelligent guy is surprising. Probably needs to move on and start the downsizing of his career.

Would take £5m for him now if we can get it. There's better out there available

Booing a confidence player and taking flakeys at every indiscretion is a proven route to success.

Without wishing to dismiss today's performance, some folk are spoiled.

Edit: thought I was in the Sinclair thread.

He played well in the first half.

No idea what happened in the second.

I think when we look back on the entirety of his time with us, he'll have left little more than a meh behind.

I was very surprised at how well he did last year. I genuinely believed that out of him and GMS, he would be the poorer. I think however that he was riding the crest of the wave last year and was swept along by our general domestic brilliance. This season we are seeing the true Armstrong and it isn't a particularly pleasant sight. I think he should leave asap. This would be the best scenario for all concerned.

In fairness to Armstrong he had a good game vs Thistle and Aberdeen and looked like he might be getting back to the form he had last season and then he was out the team vs Dundee and came on and stunk the place out.

He is probably suffering from not playing every week like most other players.

The rotation is killing any momentum we get.

He's gave us a good 6 month or so since he came here. If we can get good money for him in jan i would take it. Doubt he could play in the premiership for anybody.

Fed up with him not taking games like today by the scruff of the neck. A midfield of Kranjcar, Holt and McCrorie should have had him salivating at the prospect of running riot but instead he played on the fringes.

Started well. Took a sore one early on and struggled because of it.

If thats the case why not taken off...this game aside he has been poor for weeks.

Stuarts time as a a Celtic player surely to feck must now be limited on performance alone.
